I am so pleased with the way my husband is looked after. The staff are so caring. The food is really good, and the residents have a choice. The place is spotless and always smells nice when u go in. I would recommend Everdale Grange.

My mum was treated with absolute respect and dignity. All the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. They are attentive and respectful. The care home is very organised and extremely well run. The management have been extraordinarily helpful, in particular the lady who organises the medication and the
lady who takes patient notes and assists with CHC meetings. I was impressed by the security and safety of the home. Above all, I knew my mum was safe.

My husband was admitted to the Sovereign unit at Everdale Grange (in Aylestone, Leicester) to recoup after an operation at hospital. During the fifteen days he stayed at Everdale, he received excellent, friendly and caring service from all the management and staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any
of them. His room was clean and always kept tidy. They encouraged him to do little things for himself, preparing him for his return to home. We, as a family, are very grateful for the service he received and also for the staff being kind and friendly towards us.

The management appears to be too busy to give updates and support to the relatives, however, they do respond quickly to any problems with the residents. The staff are helpful and polite but some are difficult to understand. As this is funded by others I cannot comment on the value. My overall opinion
of the home and staff is that it is on the other better side of adequate.

My husband has been at Everdale Grange for approx 18 months. He is now End of Life (Alzheimer’s). The care he is receiving is more than I could hope for. The staff, all staff have been wonderful, they are caring, attentive and compassionate in everything they do for him. They have also been wonderful
to us as a family, keeping us informed at all times of any changes that are occurring.
The staff work so hard and yet always greet us with a smile and offerings of drinks etc. The home itself is immaculately clean.

I stayed at Everdale Grange for three and a half months after a short stay at hospital. From day one I felt that I was listened to, supported and encouraged by every staff member. Nothing was too much to ask and any concerns were dealt with swiftly. I was actually quite sad to leave.

Warm and friendly welcome. Strict Covid rules in place. Although my mum was only there for five months she was very well looked after, just like home from home. Staff were caring and thoughtful. My mum could be challenging at times due to her dementia but she was always treated with dignity and care.
As a family, we couldn't have wished for better. During her last week there, in end of life, the utmost care, compassion and dignity was shown to her and our family. The whole team are a credit to Everdale Grange Care Home. Highly recommend this care home.
