Excellent care provided. My aunt seems happy.

My dad has settled into this home and is well cared for, which makes mine and my sister's lives much better also. Nearly all of the staff have been brilliant too. I just wish Dad could be encouraged to mix and join in with activities available to him.

Dad has been in Stonyfield since July 2021. He has settled in very well and is very well looked after, ie, food/cleanliness. Dad says it was the best move he made. All staff are very kind and friendly. Any issues are sorted very quickly.

I think they have all worked well over the past two years under the circumstances. Such challenging times and they have done so well. I can't thank them enough.

Food excellent.

Have found all staff to be very caring, curious and amiable. Mum seems to be enjoying her respite care and feels at ease with everybody.

The level of care and attention has been exemplary. There is a distinct welcoming atmosphere, and I have been made to feel very welcome. The staff are all welcoming and kind and are always happy to help me. The catering has been second to none, and the food choices have been excellent and varied.

I feel my partner has been very well cared for. She is looking a lot better since arrived from the hospital into Stoneyford Care Home. I feel she is ready to come home. A big thank you to all the staff.

My grandma went into this care home in September, and it has been great. The carers are very friendly, and they look after her very well. She is very happy, which I can tell when my mum and I go to meet her in the garden (which is beautiful and very well kept). The home is very clean, and the food, according to her, is delicious. She always talks excitedly about it when we go to see her. The other residents are very nice to her, and she has already made lots of friends. As the lockdown ends, it will be very nice to go inside the home and meet some of them. The care home has lots of different activities such as afternoon tea, which they enjoy lots, arts and crafts, such as making things for VE Day last month, and watching and singing along to songs. When the restrictions are eased, Grandma can go on trips to places like the Lawn and animal sanctuaries on the minibus. She is very happy, and it is a great place for anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly place to be.

Dad is getting really well looked after. The staff are caring and good st what they do. I feel my dad is safe and happy here.

I find the staff to be very helpful, friendly and informative on any questions I have regarding my mum and her welfare and needs. I have personally noticed that my mother is looked after exceptionally well at all times and she is always well presented and turned out whenever I see her. All in all an exceptional job done by exceptional staff.

I like living at Stoneyford Care Home. I like the food here.

The staff look after my relative well. You can tell it is a demanding job and they are kept busy but they make sure the people are well cared for. The trips where they take the people are excellent and I like how they have different decorations and activities.

The food is well presented.

I visited today to help with a coffee morning. The attendance was very few people came. The residents and staff seemed happy and relaxed. It was a shame that so much effort has been put into the coffee morning.

Very pleasant environment, staff are caring and attentive. Lots of activities planned.

Very happy with the care and hopefully I can persuade her to come next year!

The cook always goes the extra mile. She takes pride in her work and spends time with the residents. All staff worked hard to make my grandad's 95th birthday extra special. Thank you.
