Romford Care Home

Helpful, pleasant staff at all times. Lovely, clean and organised home. Residents room's are home from home, spacious, bright and clean. There are lots of activities to do, a variety of food choices and always lovely smells coming from the kitchens.

My Dad was in a very unwell stage of Dementia and Parkinson's and came to Romford Care Home from the hospital. Since being at Romford Care Home as a family we have not had to worry about the level of care he receives. All staff are welcoming, friendly, kind, and honest about my dad's needs and situation and how they manage his high levels needs. O have every faith in Romford Care Home and how well they are meeting all my dad's needs.

It is early days at the moment but I find the staff, rooms and management are all helpful and they try to please. My wife finds this place very comfortable and gets on well with the staff and the food is good and presented well. Keep up with the fine work.

The home has provided adequate care for my cousin. The staff have shown a high level of care and support.

I have always found all the staff friendly, helpful and professional. I know Mum is safe, well cared for and happy. The care staff treat my mum like a friend and show that they truly care.

My parents have been residents for a number of years. After my fathers passing last year, the staff and management have been fantastic supporting my mum.

My visit was to see my dear friend. All I can say is the staff were most excellent on my visit. The facilities were first rate.

The care for both my parents has been excellent. Staff have been friendly to them, and nothing appears too much trouble. Particular thanks from our family when my father died in July, and my mother was able to attend the funeral with two members of staff.

Patients are treated with respect and dignity at all times. The care is first class.

We are very pleased that we chose Romford Nursing Care Centre for the management and staff are all very friendly and helpful. My relative has settled in as well as we could have expected and seems reasonably happy. Staffing levels are always a problem in this sector, the only problem she seems to encounter is a delay in answering her call bell, which is for toileting problems.

After a week in quarantine, I am now able to exercise in the gardens with the activities manager and participate in the various activities. Management have also been helpful. Thank you everyone.

Very positive experience. I was kindly able to arrange a visit to see my Nan on her birthday and all the staff made the visit so special. I was able to open presents and cards with Nan and the staff made a cake and sang Happy Birthday which was really sweet and appreciated. Thank you so much for all you do.

I visit on a regular basis (apart from lockdown). I find the care home very clean and comfortable looking. The staff friendly and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending the care home to anyone who asked me.

The care my aunt receives is good. However, it would be nice if she could be showered/bathed more frequently. Also, the food needs to be improved.

I have not seen inside because of the Covid but the staff is friendly and helpful.

It was lovely to see my Mum today. I played some Beatles and Carpenters music, her old favorites. Her face lit up when the carer came to get her and she smiled about having lunch. Great to see she is being looked after in these worrying times.
