The care and kindness from all the staff at Austen Court Evesham was the best anyone could ask for during the time they looked after my mum.
It is a beautiful home and I know she felt at home and was treated with dignity until the end.

Austen Court is like a five star hotel, beautiful large rooms, lots of communal areas including a conservatory and garden. The staff are kind, caring and very understanding of each individual residents needs. I am so pleased that we chose Austen Court for our Aunt, she is very happy, calm and settled. We come away from visiting her knowing that she is in safe hands.

Love what they do for all the residents, amazing caring staff and lovely building and rooms. The food is great and it's just a really nice place to be. My sister and I are so glad we got our dad into Austen Court he is a lucky man.

My wife and I were very happy with my mother in law’s recent respite stay at the home. She has been in other homes before and never really been happy. However she loved Austen Court and has said she will happily return at Easter. She loved the food, enjoyed the activities and made some new friends....
My wife and I were very happy with my mother in law’s recent respite stay at the home. She has been in other homes before and never really been happy. However she loved Austen Court and has said she will happily return at Easter. She loved the food, enjoyed the activities and made some new friends. We can now go on holiday without worrying and I would like to thank all the staff. The home looks great and it is a welcome arrival to Evesham.

A beautifully appointed luxury newly built care home, staffed by friendly, caring carers, nurses and housekeeping staff. All my aunt's needs were met and she will happily return for more respite visits. The atmosphere and running will greatly improve when the home is fully occupied and staffed.

Austen Court is a beautiful home, the staff are friendly and approachable at all times and their care is excellent.
The individual's needs are taken into account which as a respite with Dementia is very important.
The lounge is a friendly area and the staff are patient with all the residents.
Visitors are made welcome at any time.

A new home - on the first day of viewing the home, one sensed a very good atmosphere and on moving in, my parent has felt very much at ease, comfortable and safe.
