I have found the care, treatment given to my mother top class. All the staff are caring and look out for mums best interests. Everything is always explained and mum is so happy here. Two members of staff in particular are amazing, helpful and caring. The meals are excellent too.

The whole staff including the nursing and administration have cared for my mother so my brother and I can go on holiday and not have any worries whilst we are away. The food selection is wonderful and cinstant are is superb.

12 nights respite in Hartwell (2nd visit). Very friendly, welcoming and helpful reception on arrival. Carers are happy friendly throughout my stay very helpful. Residents seemed happy throughout. Good atmosphere. Deputy Manager welcoming - no interaction with the manager who it would have been nice
to say "hello" as a new comer that day. Considering full time care one day - keep putting it off.

I have been a regular visitor to Lent Rise for 16 months. The staff are all very friendly and professional, from receptionist, cleaners and especially the care staff. They all go beyond the care you expect. They are genuine with the love they show to all residents.

My mother has settled in very well. She enjoys the company of the other residents and appreciates the care she gets from the staff. Her room is adequate, and I think that when the weather improves, she will enjoy getting out in the gardens for the fresh air. She loves the activities, especially the
singing and keeping fit. The staff are very helpful and eager to help solve any queries I raise. It makes me feel happy that mum is enjoying being part of a friendly home.

The home is modern, rooms are a good size, and there is plenty of communal space. The staff are chatty and loving as well as efficient. Certain things drop off the radar screen, however despite written and verbal requests which is disappointing. We would have hoped for a higher level of pro activity
notwithstanding the stubborn nature of the resident in question.

Sir Aubrey Ward House has a very welcoming feel, th staff are friendly, caring and have given my mother a much time and support that she needs to settle in, encouraging her to join in the social activities and join in. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities are relaxed and fun and my mother is
so enjoying herself. It is taking my mother time to settle into her new home and a new routine but the staff are aways on hand to help.

My mother is a new resident at St Aubrey Ward House. The home is a very happy bright and cheerful place to live in and to visit. Has a lovely garden area which is kept beautifully. The staff are all so warm and helpful and willing to help with anything. All staff are so caring from the care staff, the
maintenance men, the girls who provide a great selection of morning and afternoon activities, the administrator, receptionist and management staff. Feel they all go above and beyond to make sure residents and relatives are normally received and are happy.

The staff have been very kind and patient as my mother adjusts and settles in. My father was here 4 years ago and it was good to see so many of the same staff. Always a good sign. Mum's room is kept clean and tidy. There are activities to join if mum felt so inclined. The staff are all approachable
and willing to help. The food looks wholesome and plentiful. Mum particularly looks forward to the afternoon cake.

I now have 3 elderly relatives in this home, one in dementia, one in nursing and one in residential. My mother in residential has been there nearly two years, my in laws have recently moved in. At all times I have found the care home to be of the highest standard. With great staff in all departments
placing the needs of their residents above everything else. I would not hesitate to recommend Freemantle court to anyone requiring any form of residential care or respite care.

My father experienced the very best of care filled with kindness, compassion and fun. We visited 3-4 times a week throughout my Dad's 7 weeks and felt instantly at home at Lent Rise. Dad's room was bright, overlooking the gardens, we added pictures and photos to the walls and a Christmas tree, it felt
homely for Dad and for my Mum when she visited. During every visit there would be different activities, from singing to games, craft to movies. There were different communal spaces for residents to access with a range of activities and events across each area. Every member of staff was so kind to Dad, and also took great care of my Mum and other visitors. In Dad's final days Mum and I spent many hours by his bedside, and were cared for too. All the staff were angels, from care staff to admin, the management team to maintenance. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness.
