The staff without exception, are cheerful positive and welcoming. It is clear that they have a true concern for the residents. This is also a clean and orderly home. My friend is happy with his care. You are also generous and kind with allowing access to visitors.

Mum moved in at the end of Jan 2026 and was made very welcome. Her room is lovely, light and looks out onto green space, which was important. Mum enjoys the freedom of moving between the floors and sitting in the garden. The staff are kind with many of them working here for years - always a good sign.

My mother in law has been a resident at the New Malden care home for the last 7 years. During her residency she has suffered a number of health scares which she probably wouldn't have survived if it hadn't been for the care given to her by all the staff. At nearly 96 she is cared for sympathetically and lovingly making her twilight years as pleasant as possible.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly 10 years. She is still with us because of the staff and the care she receives at Abbeyfield New Malden. The family are always kept very well informed about her. If anything medical is required, I am telephoned immediately if a doctor has been to see her or if anything is needed to be done. If I have any queries about anything, I am always emailed or telephoned back very quickly. Her room is always very clean and tidy, as is the entire home. The night staff are very attentive to her as well, often making her a cup of tea in the early hours. I know she is happy there and she knows she is looked after.

My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and stayed at Lee House for two weeks in August while I was visiting family abroad. From when we first visited I was struck by the welcoming and friendly staff and the clean and attractive environment, including beautiful gardens. My husband's room was large, airy with en-suite facilities. While liberty is naturally curbed for safety reasons, there are plenty of activities within the home and the facility to sit outside in the gardens or use the lounge. My husband reported that the food was good too! We will definitely choose Lee House for his next respite stay.

My Mum is really well looked after at Abbeyfield, where she has lived for two years. She is treated with dignity and care, as well as humour. Her needs are taken seriously and met efficiently. Most importantly, she seems really happy here.

Staff always welcome me on arrival, often by name. They usually know who I have come to visit. Staff are caring and try hard to persuade mum to engage. I am very happy with the care that she receives. Since the previous activities co-ordinator left, it feels that there is less going on but that may be just my perception.

More than happy with the level of care and standard of the care home. The building, bedrooms and gardens are always clean, safe and well maintained. Staff show nothing but respect, patience, kindness and empathy towards residents and are always cheerful, friendly, approachable and professional to family members. Communication is good and personal needs are met and treated in a dignified manner. I am at peace knowing mum is happy and supported 24/7.

We were so lucky to find Abbeyfield house and our family will always be grateful to them.

Our mum has been at Abbeyfield since November 2023 and we are delighted with the care and compassion that has been shown to her. Despite her continued deterioration staff are always present and attentive to her needs. We wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.

My cousin has settled into Lee House despite a difficult year medically this year. Although she is still struggling having lost her independence, I'm happy that she is secure and safe in Lee House.

Mum has been a resident here since February 2015 and during that time her dementia and physical mobility have worsened. The staff are excellent, continuing to support Mum as her needs increase. Activities have been reinstated post-pandemic and the garden looks wonderful and Mum continues to enjoy living there. As a relative I feel supported by the staff and welcomed whenever I visit.

I would certainty recommend Abbeyfield House to other families.

I am also a member of a group who visit to take a short service on a monthly basis. These range between 6 and 15 who attend - the variance relates to the number of staff available and the needs of the individual resident.

I am extremely grateful for the care my sister has at Abbeyfield and the communication I receive regarding any changes, including when she is Resident Of The Week when I can give input on anything she may need or any concerns.

Abbeyfield have been brilliant at making him feel comfortable and cared for. He loves it there and cannot remember resisting the idea. I visit him most days and am hugely relieved and grateful to them for looking after him so well.

I find Abbeyfield to be a very warm, caring and cosy place for my mother. She has been a resident since May this year. The staff are very kind towards Mum and all of the residents. I would recommend the home to anyone.

I go home now, and I have no worries about her safety and care at all.

My sister seems content there, and I am satisfied that she seems well cared for, which helps to give her family peace of mind.

My mum has been at Lee House for over five years. I live overseas and appreciate all the care she receives and all the support given to me, from keeping me informed to getting things that Mum needs when I'm not in the UK. I visit regularly for extended periods and always find everyone welcoming, friendly and caring. Many of the staff have been at Lee House for a number of years, and this continuity helps create a great atmosphere. Being a carer is a tough job; the staff are wonderful, and many go the extra mile for the residents. Everything is well organised, and the premises are well maintained and clean, and the garden is lovely. Thank you everyone.
