My brother has been at Rookhurst since April, and it's a wonderful place full of love and genuine kindness where you can truly see how hard the staff work and how much they care. Any minor worries we raise with the staff or Fiona are sorted out straight away. The food is good, and his room is always lovely and well-kept. Most importantly, he is constantly happy. We deeply appreciate everything they do, and they always make my family and two young children feel like part of their own whenever we visit. One big happy family and its great to be apart of!

I am so very thankful to the staff that they create such a warm and caring home for the residents and that he gets to enjoys his later years in comfort, safety and happiness.

The staff and support staff could only look after my husband with more care if he was their father/husband...the place is either already cleaned and/or in the process of. The food always looks and I am sure freshly made. The staff and support staff are always attentive and call everyone by their name, which I feel makes everyone feel more at home and relaxed

My experience of my mum living here is exceptional. ALL staff have made my mum welcome are very friendly and supportive. You can ask any questions and they like your input on any needs or services. Lanrick is clean and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. My mum is very happy here and settled in very quickly.

Knowing she is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for by people who treat her like family has taken a monumental weight off our shoulders. We cannot thank the care home enough.

It was a big decision for us as a family to find a residential home for him but we all feel we have been extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful caring place for him to live .

My son is a resident and is treated great. All the staff treat him with dignity, Safety, cleanliness . The staff are excellent, Well, trained and support every activity my son requires. When we visit they are very friendly and accommodating. Great support structure.

The staff on Penny Lane were wonderfull, they were respectfull & courteous and very kind and patient with my mum. My mum had been in a previous nursing home which was awful so her living in Primrose Hill was a great relief to our family. I canot thank them enough.

My wife has been in the home for two years now and I feel the staff look after really well. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit, I just wish the staff wouldn't keep leaving as they are all wonderful.

My mum has been a resident at Badgers Lodge Nursing Home for the past five years, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness she has received during her time there.

Badgers Lodge has created a genuinely caring and loving environment where my mum is treated with the same dignity, respect and compassion that we would hope for if she were being cared for by our own family. The staff go above and beyond every day to provide the level of care you would want for someone you love. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they take the time to understand my mum as an individual, recognising her personality, preferences and needs rather than simply seeing her as another resident.

Lanrick House staff did a wonderful job in caring for my dear husband who had dementia. Their understanding of his condition and the care he received were absolutely first class! My family and I will forever grateful for their support and kindness in making the last few months of his life so happy.

All of my father's complicated needs and requirements are extremely well catered for by a warm , welcoming professional team. I cannot thank them highly enough for their attention to detail and understanding whilst dealing with his complex needs .

My Mother in law has been in Chelmsford Care home for must be 2 years approximately, and in that time have found the the staff very kind and very friendly and look after mum very well. The staff are always very approachable and if they need to get in touch for any reason they do so, very efficient in keeping you informed if need be, if we had to choose the home over again Chelmsford care home would be it.

My sister in law is a resident at Rookhurst and is very happy there. The staff are professional and always able to answer any questions or concerns we may have. I drove my wife to visit last month and could see my sister in law was in good spirits and well cared for. She was chatty when she went to lunch and her walking had improved from our last visit.

My auntie has been at Rookhurst Care Home for a while now and we've been really happy with the care she receives. The staff are always kind, patient and welcoming whenever we visit, and it's clear they genuinely care about the residents. My auntie often talks about how supported and comfortable she feels there, which gives our family a lot of reassurance. The home is always clean, friendly and has a lovely atmosphere. We visited my sister today and as always we had a very nice day. My sister was in good spirits and had lots to tell us all good. The staff are extremely committed and always a pleasure to see and speak too. We met a new resident today who has been there a month or so he was very chatty and smiling saying how much he likes his new home. The residents were having an exercise session while we were there with a trainer and we could see they all participated and enjoyed it. We look forward to visiting again soon.

It's a huge relief to know we have found somewhere that we didn't think existed.
