better until she was back to her usual happy and healthy self and looking much better cared for than she even did at home. Her nails and hair were done weekly and she was really thriving. She adored all of the staff, and never made a single complaint in any way. This week, she very sadly passed away, very peacefully, in her sleep - and two years later than we expected her to. We honestly believe the brilliant care she received is the reason for this, and we are so grateful to everyone for their amazing support and care they gave her. I would highly recommend this home to anyone- I worried that she'd never be as happy as she was in her own home - but she really was. Thank you all x

the manageress went above and beyond her duties knowing we live far away and would often chat/laugh with mum.If there was ever a problem or denise wanted to know
something she would contact me. When we went to see mum we would have a chat with denise to catch up on things and all was well and my mum never complained about anything so all was good .
You hear some horror stories about some care homes not this one, in my opinion its exceptional thank you all

It was always a pleasure to visit, the home is friendly, efficiently run, open and airy, warm, clean and the staff always had a smile and were welcoming and empathetic. Dad could not have been in a better place or better cared for and my sister and I will be eternally grateful to the whole team that Dad's final few months were spent there. Thank you to all of you, you do a difficult job brilliantly and have made a real and positive difference.
