Our mum has been there now for 6 years, Ann appears happy there.. I find that my mum knows the staff, the staff are great with her, feels like a family, doing a great job ! Thank you red house! Karen and Tracey and family. X

Id like to thank Wolaton grange for looking after my wife so well, I'd also like to thank the whole team for being so hands on for my wife and her needs. Her journey so far hasn't been the best since she became unwell, but finally seeing her happy and finally laughing with all the staff really is a weight lifted. I feel her needs are completely met . It really is home from home.everyone is really welcoming and the emotional support for both my wife and the family is truly appreciated. I really really can not thank you enough for all your hard work, finally seeing her coming back to her true self really is amazing. Thank you so much to the manager and the assistant manager for all you do and continue to do .
Thank you so much for your kind words; they truly mean a lot to us. It's a privilege to care for your wife, and we're so glad to hear she's feeling more like herself again. Seeing her smile and laugh with the team is exactly why we do what we do. We know the journey hasn't been easy, so it's lovely...
We found my nan needing a forever home to move to due to her health declining and cognitive state slowly declining and as a family we could no longer give her 24/7 care. This decision for my grandad was hard but now finally seeing her happy again and finally perking up , with some very hard work on her mobility and confidence being built I believe my nan can have the best possible and all of this has been made happen by Wolston grange and my nan herself . They are a 10/10 care home . Hands on 24/7 there is always a warm welcome and help and support is provided for family members also . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It honestly feels like a home from home . It's so nice to have Nan back . Thank you so much for all support going forward with my Nan's journey.
Thank you so much for your lovely message. It means a great deal to us all at Wolston Grange. We know how hard the decision was for your family, and we're so pleased to hear your nan is feeling happier and more confident; it's exactly what we hope for every resident. Our team works hard to create a...
On visiting my aunt at night l found the Red House difficult to find as there are no signs and no lighting to the forefront of the driveway, and after entering the drive into the house, I found it awkward to park. Could do with the grass area removed and making it a decent parking area. No lights at the front door, although there is a large light above the door! We were then told to make our way to the side of the house leading down the left side through a locked door with a combination lock, again no lighting to which l had to provide a torch. Once through the gate we made our way toward the small conservatory area, again no proper outside lighting, only solar-powered lights on the floor, half of which were not working! Very, very poor indeed. Seems to me the whole lighting or lack of it needs looking at ASAP. This is just a small part of the health and safety issues that need looking at. That's without bringing the slabbed pathway into it, it's an accident area in waiting! Appalling!
I am sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the outdoor facilities at The Red House. You will have noted that the home does have outdoor lighting installed, which follows the entirety of the homes' outdoor paths, but unfortunately this recently malfunctioned and although the repairs have been...
My mother has been a resident for over four years. We chose Manor House as it was evident when we initially visited the home that the staff carried out their tasks professionally and with care together with meals being prepared on-site and to a high standard. Although there have been staff changes over the years, the quality of care has never changed. As my mother is always happy and content it gives us peace of mind to know that Mum is in a safe and caring environment. I, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Manor House.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home - it's been a pleasure having your mother live with us for the past 4 years! This year especially, our staff have gone above and beyond to make sure our residents are safe and happy in these uncertain times. It's great news that our residents and...
My father is a resident at Manor House Bilton Rugby. He has been in the care of the staff for some 18 months. I am very satisfied with the level of care he receives and give full credit to the staff for ensuring my father and the other residents are well cared for. The home staff are most professional and keep me informed of any issues concerning my fathers care.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review - it's been a pleasure looking after your father these last 18 months. Although about half of that has been so difficult with the pandemic, we are very relieved that our staff and residents have now been vaccinated! The whole of Manor House is looking forward to getting back to normal as soon as is safe to do so.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Manor to others.
Feedback like this is what makes our care group, and the staff at Manor House, are so proud of what we do. Volunteering the responsibility of a loved one to carers can be daunting, but we endeavour to make that transition as easy as possible for residents and relatives alike. With the ever-present...
The Manor House Care home in Bilton, Rugby, is run by an extremely experienced and efficient Manager and her staff. From the very first day that my mother entered the home at the age of 92 and suffering from dementia, she has been treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity. The Manor House is a family, it includes the resident's relatives in all major decisions regarding care and before covid, allowed us to join in with their many social activities to entertain them. The diligence of care to protect the residents against Coronavirus has been amazing and I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they have done to keep everyone safe. Once we are all vaccinated and can meet again safely, I have no doubt that there will be celebrations. Thank you to everyone you are all very special people.
Thank you so very much for your kind words. I couldn't agree more that Manor House is a family, and that means we've had to tackle the difficulties of this year as a family. We've had to make some tough decisions to keep residents and staff safe, but you and many other relatives have been so...
The staff at Manor House are terrific and very supportive of the residents. They arrange frequent events with the residents such as Music days, and other stimulating pastimes. The House Manager is very experienced and who leads her staff very well. Everyone in the home is treated with the utmost care, support and dignity by the staff. Consequently, the residents are a large, happy family of people who have a great deal of fun and respect for the staff who look after them.
We really appreciate you taking the time to complete this review. We are so proud of our large family at Manor House and couldn't be happier to have your mother-in-law with us. It's been quite the transition this year with external activities providers put on hold, but our staff have gone above and beyond to fill this void. Hopefully, 2021 will bring some normality back to us all!
My mother has vascular dementia and is a resident at Manor House. She is looked after excellently well by the Manager and her team. They are kind, caring and thoughtful towards her. As no visiting is possible at this time they give me regular updates on her health and status. Manor House is bright and cheerful as are the staff and I would highly recommend it and finally to all the wonderful staff, thank you.
We really appreciate you taking the time to complete this review. It's a pleasure having your mother living with us and, although the way we do things has had to change, we're so happy to hear that the care we provide is of the highest standard. It's been so difficult this year for relatives not to...
Due to the provision of a safe viewing area at Manor House, my sister and I were able to travel to see our dear Mum who I had not seen since February. Manor House had provided a large Perspex screen just inside one of the lounges, behind which sat our dear mum and we entered our side through the french doors. There were two chairs and an intercom system so that we could see and hear each other very clearly. It was the most wonderful experience, very emotional but very happy and 2 of mum’s resident friends were also there and we had a really fun and happy time. She was so pleased to see us as were her friends and the lovely carers who we are so fond of and who look after our Mum and everyone so well. Thank you to all the staff at Manor House and Pinnacle care for making this possible.
Thank you so much for your feedback! This year has been extremely tough for residents, family, friends and our staff alike, but we are really proud of the 'visiting booths' we have provided at all our homes. Until things are back to normal, we think this is the best (and safest!) way for family and...
A huge thank you to each and every one of you!
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review - our staff are very proud of what they do and will be so happy to hear this! It's a pleasure having your father-in-law living with us and we are overjoyed that he is now on the mend.
In these difficult times, I think the home and the staff have done their best to keep standards as high as possible. I have had good interaction with the staff at the home and I feel that the care given has always been of a high standard. My aunt seems to have adjusted fairly well in the circumstances and her needs well looked after. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated. The food is of a very high standard. The surroundings are very comfortable and suit elderly residents very well. Usually, there would be a plethora of activities taking place but this has obviously been affected by the pandemic, otherwise, the staff are undertaking other activities where possible. Hopefully, it will not be long before some normality can resume. The garden area is nice and well used when allowed. All in all, I feel that there is a homely atmosphere and the staff are very caring and competent. I am always kept informed of developments. I would recommend this care home.
We really appreciate you taking the time to review our care and we are so happy to hear that your Aunt is settled with us. Covid has brought so many challenges to our homes, but we are so proud of our staff for all their hard work keeping residents and their colleagues safe. We are looking forward to things returning to normal as soon as is safe to do so.
Owing to all the negative press I wanted to write a positive. Manor House is one of the best. They have looked after all the residents so well. Amazing manager and team. I support everything they do. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your kind words Linda. We are so proud of what we do here at Manor House so it means a lot to hear that we are getting things right!
They say only superheroes wear a cape, they are wrong the staff keeping our Nan safe and well, you are all hero’s going above and beyond thank you doesn’t seem enough. Especially in these troubled times, now more than ever putting your resident care and well being keeping a positive attitude and remaining calm. Well done all. THANKS again.
I have been very impressed with the care my uncle has received from the management and staff since he became a resident at the home. When we visit he is happy and has settled in well. The staff interact well with him and keep him stimulated. The staff are very friendly when we visit and keep us informed of his well being on a regular basis.
Everyone at Wolston is looking after my mother very well. Although in the country, the peace and quiet suits her and many other residents well. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and do a brilliant job of looking after everyone, the residents spend a lot of time together so no-one is every lonely, and they have sufficient activities to suit their needs. My mother appears very happy here and that is all I can ask for.
An elderly lady I have been befriending through Age UK for the past two and a half years needed respite care and chose The Manor because she had a friend who was a resident. After just ten days, she decided she wanted to stay permanently at The Manor. She has been so happy since she has been there.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's a pleasure having your friend with us and we're all happy to hear that we're getting things right.
This gives the family peace of mind knowing they are safe, being entertained and well looked after.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us, it's great to hear that we're getting things right. It's a pleasure caring for your parents and we are all so glad that they are happy at Elmhurst!
Thanks so much to all of the staff who have looked after my mother in law so brilliantly. It has been such a relief knowing that she has been looked after so well as we are so far away. In particular, the Manager has been such a big help to us. My mother in law is so much better and is walking so much more thanks to the staff. A fantastic manager with a hard working brilliant team. Can't thank them enough for their genuine kindness and care.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. It has been a pleasure looking after your mother-in-law here at Manor House and it's great to hear that we're getting things right.
