We are so happy with the care and support for both my cousin Roland and for us as a family . We are always made to feel welcome even though we live a good 3 hours away . Roland so well cared for and the staff have a good understanding of his character and needs .

A beautiful well thought out home clean! welcoming in every aspect such attention to detail, beautiful decor. We moved mum here from another home and are delighted. Each and every member of staff are amazing, kind, cheerful and caring. Its a joy to visit this home. Mums quality of life has improved 100%

What makes T.B.C.H. special is not just the great facilities and its location but the whole team from Manager downwards. They all care about the people in their charge and try to accommodate everyone's needs. They treat their residents as their family! Thank you TBCH 5 stars from us.

My mother came for a 4 day visit then 4 weeks as a mixture of respite and a trial for the future. From the very first visit it was clear that the team put the residents care at the heart of everything they do. I would highly recommend Gateford Lodge to other families. Not only are the rooms and decor well designed but the meals, activities and conversation were all perfect for my mother. A big thank you to all the team.

The food and service has been great , the care has been outstanding can not speak highly enough of the staff and their happy positive attitude which has a big contributing factor to settle my parents into this new life.

Only thing that could be improved would be ensuring that my father was up and dressed to allow him to have his breakfast at a reasonable time. On occassions breakfast was late and only an hour before lunch.

After regular time spent in 4 care homes previously and now 6 months since we were both so warmly welcomed to Trent Bridge Care Home, I find myself giving this review. My husband and I after numerous challenges long forgotten now now discovered our forever home at TBCH. Every single person within the TBCH family matters and that is what makes this home unique as well as excellent. Together everyone achieves more. Thank you to Trent Bridge Care Home. Second to none.

My mother has been in Trent Bridge for over a year and the carers, behind the scenes team and especially the management team continue to give excellent service. They certainly go the extra mile to provide fantastic care and assistance to all the relatives. This mothers day they provided a wonderful tea for the residents and their families.

This new residential care home is promising a bright future for Worksop people. Its decor, layout, lovely spacious rooms (with en suites) and approachability of caring staff is what led to its choice for my mother. New activities for residents to get involved with are being added each month, such as inter-generational music with toddler/baby sessions, dog therapy, crafts, special events on the calendar (Valentines Day afternoon tea, Mother's Day lunch with families) and there will be more to come. Family and friends are welcomed whenever they choose to visit. Living further away it is good to know that my mother is in a safe place where she can rely on staff to support her in a friendly atmosphere and my siblings living nearby love going there. Having taken part in a couple of the activities when visiting and chatting to other residents I would be volunteering if I lived closer!

Residents can socialise and still feel independent and most importantly, secure. Thank you to all staff. I highly recommend Gateford Lodge Care Home.

I have visited a lot of Carehomes in the local area and in my opinion Gateford Lodge is superior in every way. This is how all care homes should be.

There isn't a cheep way of having your loved ones looked after but moving my mum from a cheeper place was an excellent choice. For my mum to have the best there is. VALUE FOR MONEY. 10/10.

The team at Gateford Lodge have been so helpful and welcoming, right from the initial phone call enquiry. Mum, who is 92 and has dementia, had started having falls, and although she was having care at home, she had socially withdrawn and was beginning to physically and mentally struggle. It was clear that mum was no longer safe at home, but she was so fearful and resistant to even the thought of going into a care home. It was a difficult conversation but with some persuasion my sister and I took her along for a taster day. We all instantly loved everything about the place. The next week mum agreed to 4 weeks' respite care which has just come to an end. Now she has asked to stay on as a permanent resident; she is happy and says she doesn't want to be anywhere else. The transformation in mum has been amazing and this is all thanks to the wonderful team. She is visibly brighter and healthier and has the confidence to engage and make new friends. She is very happy!!

I visit my friend weekly, the staff are always welcoming friendly and the home is always lovely and clean. When I visit the home my friend is always pleased to see me but I know she is being looked after and feels at home.

My mother entered Trent Bridge Care Home on respite care in December and remains here. Despite the short notice she was instantly made to feel at home and welcomed as part of the first floor community. My family and I ahve been extremely impressed by the care home. It's not just the cleanliness and excellent facilities, it is the compassion and professionalism of all the staff we are extremely grateful for the outstanding care my mother continues to receive.

Fabulous day at Trent Bridge Care Home celebrating Valentines day. They lunch was served with love. Thank you to everyone who helped prepare the day. My dad is thriving in the home, and she is very well cared for. Thank you to Nikki and the team.

Excellent facilities and caring staff. Always happy to share information and updates re - my husbands needs and care. The extra care and time the staff put in to put on events (ie Christmas and Valentine's events) is much appreciated.
