Grandad been at Mount Croft since May 2025. He has settled in well and the staff adore him. Lovely staff. The celebrations involving family for Xmas Day lunch along with a special New Year Eve Party involving entertainment and meal for all the family was smashing. Thanks to all the hard work of the

Well, what can I say, the home is fantastic. All staff are brilliant, kind, caring. The help and support my mom has had has been second to none.
For the first time in a year shes smiling, laughing and is happy. The home knows mom circumstances and everyone has gone up and beyond. Thank you all.

We have had a wonderful day. Decorations in dining room were fabulous! The singer was very good and everyone joined in. Our meal was delicious, nice glass of wine too!! Everyone dressed up to get in the festive spirit. The staff went above and beyond to make it a happy day. A lots to organise and they
certainly made the grade! What a great way to end the year.

Mount Croft has been excellent in all respects, from my first visit to be shown around to helping my husband to settle in well. I'm also most pleased to see their care and compassion towards all residents whenever I visit. Today, they have gone above and beyond providing a wonderful New Year's meal
and entertainment for residents and their families. Mount Croft staff are amazing!

The staff are always warm and welcoming and always treat my parents with respect and kindness. The food is wholesome and appetising. The rooms are always clean and presentable. This is more like a 5* hotel. The best recommendation I can give is that I would happily come here in a heartbeat. Thanks to

I lived at Mount Croft Care Home for over 5 months and it was the ideal place to start my health recovery. I just want to give some words that reflect my stay. Help and encouragement with my recuperation. I got care and support from the caring, kind, friendly carers. They were always helpful and reassuring.
MC is a beautiful home and it was kept very clean. It was always possible to find a peaceful spot. Overall a loving and happy place.

My friend came to yourselves about a month ago. My friend has settled in very well and all the staff go above and beyond for the residents here. Staff are very caring and kind and are friendly to the visitors too. It has a very homey atmosphere and the food is beautiful and home-cooked. Also an array

This care home is exceptional. Care being the optimum word. Every need is met, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Comfort and security assured. In my experience this care home will not be beaten in any of the important issues relating to having a loved one in need of care. Puts my mind at rest
knowing that my husband is in safe hands and that I can now concentrate all of my efforts in getting myself well again after my major surgery. Would check in myself if I am ever in need.

We looked at various homes to ensure we found the best for my Nan. At a daunting time for all, the staff at Mount Croft really helped us through the process and made the decision much less worrying and stressful than we thought. We are so pleased we chose here. Nan always has a smile on her face, enjoys
the wonderful facilities and has a huge variety of food to choose from and we can already see a difference in Nans health and regaining her confidence. Thank you to the staff.

The home is beautiful, stuff wonderful. Manager very engaging. The food is first class. The atmosphere is so happy and relaxed as the staff are all so happy and kind. It is like a 5 star hotel. Has to be seen to be believed. Mum is very happy and settled straight away. I highly recommend it.

It was great to see Mom so settled and so immediately in Mount Croft. She was 6 years in another local care home and was clearly and continually disappointed by both the care and the quality and variety of food which is so important to her. The difference being in Mount Croft has had on her mental health
and well being is a joy to see.

Mount Croft is beautiful. My interaction with the manager and staff has been wonderful and reassuring. They have gone over and above to help us settle my father in. All staff are friendly, attentive and caring. Appreciate not many residents at the moment but wonderful start and hope this level of care

When we were looking for a care home for my mother who had been diagnosed with vascular dementia, we were keen to look at the new care home being built in Bromsgrove. We attended their open day for a good look around and met some of the staff who were very caring and informative. Mother has been there
for six weeks now and we cannot fault the quality of the care, food and facilities provided at Mount Croft. Her on-suite bedroom has everything she needs and she looks a lot better than before.

My mother has gone into this care home which I must say is more like a hotel and so much to do so many different rooms for activities. The staff are 2nd to none and it has been a really enjoyable stay. The food is way above any care home around and I have seen a few the place is decorated to such a
high standard and the furnishings are luxurious. I recommend anybody thinking of a home this is the one.
