The reception, grounds and car park are always well kept. Staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to. My mum always looked well dressed and well cared for when I visited. from the very beginning the staff took responsibility for medication etc and it is such a relief to know that mum would be safe and cared for. Mum's moving in day was very stressful but staff did everything possible to help and reassure. An excellent home.

We as a family couldn't be more impressed with the care our Mum and Dad were given during their time at Toray Pines. The home is bright, cheerful, welcoming with a family friendly atmosphere. ALL the staff are amazing, nothing was to much, their time and care was appreciated by us and especially Dad. We've had a fantastic rapport with the staff and could chat, ask for advice whenever we needed.

Staff are very friendly to our youngest daughter who is 5 1/2 who visits her grandpa. Lovely to have a snack station and the rabbits. Always clean and tidy reception.

My mother's condition was rapid in development and needed constant review to best support her (on average) 6 week deterioration cycle. The care home were very responsive, in constant communication with her GP and her dementia specialist team. We could not (as a family) have asked for a better care environment.

Mum feels so safe & happy here now. The home are always organising events which, although she doesn't remember she thoroughly enjoys at the time. Mum feels that this is the best place for her to be.

Thank you to all at Toray Pines for their care of my husband who comes once a week for daycare. I have met with nothing but kindness and understanding from all the staff when dropping him off and collecting at the end of the day. N. is always greeted by name and welcomed even though I know how busy staff are. The food is plentiful and varied and I know N. appreciates it very much. Thank you all for your care, varied activities, meals and general friendliness and kindness to us both.

During the last week of Dad's life they also supported me by providing food, drink and a listening ear. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home and it is definitely my number one choice in the local area.

Both my parents were residents at Tanglewood from June 2021. Over the 5 years that they lived there, they were always clean, comfortable, well-fed and cared for by an incredible team. Our father enjoyed friendly chats with the maintenance & gardening team; Our mother loved getting her hair done each week; There was swift turn around by the laundry team; Chef and the kitchen staff provide tasty, well-presented, home-cooked meals; The Cleaners were always friendly and engaged with the residents; Care staff and the Nursing team are knowledgeable and take a personal interest in the health and well-being of both Mum and Dad. Their attention developed into personal relationships which were both caring and genuine, not only with my parents but with my sister and myself when we visited which was very reassuring. The Management team also took a personal interest in the whole family and kept us abreast of updates. I would highly recommend Tanglewood @ Horncastle.

My mother has lived with Alzheimers at Tanglewood Horncastle for the last 5 years of her life. She has been very well cared for with kindness and compassion and the family were extremely grateful & confident she was in the best possible place. we were kept informed of her well being & looked upon the staff as friends. Her end of life care was dignified and I would highly recommend Tanglewood Horncastle

My wife has been resident in Meadows Park for 4 years with Alzheimers. From shaky beginnings, her care has improved a lot, and this is due to a happier staff, well led by Kelly, the manager, and her deputy. They have made a big improvement overall.

My mum is so well looked after at Toray Pines, she is always clean and neat and well fed + watered. It was her birthday this month and she was very spoiled, with balloons, banners, cards + a beautiful cake. I was also helped to take her out to a local hotel which has special memories for both of us. Thanks to Sophie we were able to have a lovely afternoon together.

Every time I come on Thursdays, I enjoy my visit and have a lovely lunch and a drink. I visit a resident every time I visit. The care received is first class.

A very warm and welcoming place very clean and nice smelling. Very friendly staff and carers. The place is light, bright and airy. The staff and carers always engage with the residents and their families.

All in all I have no complaints with the care of my mum . Every carer has their individual quality's some stand out more than others .weve had outstanding help and caring not for just mum but us as a family as the last year has been hard all around for me especially as mum lived with me . Any concerns have been dealt with will the greatest respect for mum and us as a family . One person who stands out is dijo any issue big or small he's gone out of his way to sort it out . At our hardest times as a family the care on both sides mum and ours the help has been there . The actual place in general especially outside could do with some TLC and laundry at times is an issue but that isn't affecting care . This as a family has been all new and very hard and still hard but walking away at times with tears both from mum and us her children we come away knowing she is being cared for with no worry's at all .

Very happy with all of the staff. The accommodation is very nice; senior staff are working hard in the background to get my mum sorted, i.e talking to the GP & Parkinson's team.
