My mum and dad were both in Sandpiper. Dad passed away in April- the care was absolutely amazing from all staff, especially Joanne (outstanding care). Mum is still in care, with alzheimers and constantly wants to go home, she tries to escape regularly, but the team are amazing and they cope really well
managing her behaviour.

My father was staying for end of life care, and throughout his stay, the staff were always kind, welcoming and very caring towards him and the whole family.
They encouraged his independence throughout, and as a family, we enjoyed time with him because of this. The room and garden were a lovely space
to visit, which we did every day.
The team's care was excellent, and I thank them all. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

My mum has been at Tanglewood Horncastle for nearly 3 years and we're so grateful for the care she receives. Like many families, juggling work and other commitments often brings guilt about not visiting more, but this weekend we were able to celebrate her birthday early with all the grandchildren and
great-grandchildren and it meant the world. We sang old songs in the beautiful gardens and Mum was glowing with joy. Staff brought out drinks and even said they enjoyed the music while working! Special thanks to the Lifestyle Lead, whose updates on social media of Mum smiling and joining in reassures us she's happy and well. Tanglewood isn't just a care home, it's a place filled with kindness, laughter, and love. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My grandfather moved to Cedar Falls in May from a home outside of the area. From initial enquiry to him moving in we were fully supported as a family. He has been so happy in this home and he has made some friends and he gets on so well with the entire team. Everyone is friendly and they answer any
questions we have as a family and action any health concerns promptly which is such a relief to us knowing he is being well supported and cared for. He loves taking part in activities and he says to us that the food is so nice and he always has second portions if he fancies more. It is nice to walk in to the home and it smells fresh and feels welcoming. All in all as a family we are extremely happy he was accepted and moved to Cedar Falls as his happiness is our priority.

Cedar Falls Nursing Home

My friend's brother needed an urgent end of life care place nearby - as he lived away from this area. Our 'tour' of the care home was handled carefully and compassionately. The facility was calm & clean & friendly. A place was available and within a few days my friend's brother was moved to a lovely
quiet room with a proper hospital bed/mattress & given the care he needed & support his sister needed until he died. Many Thanks.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We're deeply sorry for the circumstances that brought your friend's brother to us, but we're truly grateful that we were able to provide the care and support needed during such a difficult time. It's heartening to know that your experience of our home - from the initial visit to the care provided - brought some comfort to both him and his sister. Our team is committed to providing not only professional care, but also compassion and dignity at every stage, especially during end-of-life care.Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your words mean a great deal to our team.

My stepdad has been in Cloverleaf for a few weeks now. He is starting to settle in and join in with some of the many activities and we have all enjoyed going to the themed tea party with him, quizzes and the summer fete. The carers and staff are efficient, attentive and patient with him. If we have
any worries or enquires, these are dealt with straight away.
