I cannot speak highly enough of Lindley Park Care Home. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are genuine and compassionate to our needs even to the point of ensuring that we as relatives are ok on each visit.

Lindley Park is a welcoming and comfortable care home with good facilities. The staff tried hard to make me comfortable and always had a smile on their faces. At times they appeared somewhat overwhelmed with the work and I didn't always feel that they had time to help with my daily routine, particularly
first thing in the morning.


The food was very variable and at times poor with a lack of variety from day to day. The portions were over facing and there was little contrast between lunchtime and evening which were very close together.


The activity programme had some good activities but not as many as expected and sometimes reminders were not given meaning that people missed out.


The home is very new and it seemed that it was still in a development stage. I feel sure that with good leadership moving forward this would improve the criticisms I have.

I have been a few times to visit my friend and have been very impressed every time!! The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the carers are very friendly and care for the residents with cheeriness, compassion and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The decorations, furniture and
furnishings are 1st class! The food is delicious, and the protions is very good. I have sung the praises of Lindley Park to everyone I meet and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone needing care full-time.

My mother has been a resident at Bingley Care Home for the past year, and during this time the care she has received has been exceptional. She lives with dementia and can often be confused, but the staff at Stoney Ridge, Bingley have been truly amazing in the way they support her. They are consistently
patient, compassionate, and genuinely affectionate in their approach, which gives our family great reassurance.
We are particularly grateful to Kirsty and Charles, who have repeatedly gone above and beyond in their care. They are always professional, sensitive, and wonderfully kind, and their dedication has made a real difference to my mother's wellbeing. Every time I visit I am met by smiling, professional staff, always willing to answer questions and give advice. The resident is clean and carefully dressed, expresses her desire to stay, feels safe and sleeps well. She has enjoyed events and regular hot drinks and is pleased with a hairdresser and chirpodist.
I enjoy the fact that I can take her out as we always used to do and look forward to a trip to the supermarket with her and others.

My 93 year old husband just had 2 weeks respite care to give me a break to recharge my batteries! The last time he had respite care had been a poor experience and we were both apprehensive, we needn't have worried. Lindley Park is brand new and built for purpose so all the facilities are first class
and very tastefully thought out.
However the overwhelming comfort was the welcoming attitude of all the staff, their friendliness and willingness to please continued throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble.
A very positive experience for us both. Also some beautifully laundered clean clothes to take home. Thank you all.

Absolutely blown away on all counts. The facilities are not only clean and modern they give the at home feeling that makes it a joy to be in. The staff are all so pleasant and you can't help but smile along with them. Having had bad experiences visiting a family member in another residential home out

Anxious, distressing time for mum and family. At 94 has been so independent recent 18 months accepted carers in day and worked well. But alone at night a worry to us all and especially after a fall in night resulted in her only hospital stay and right decision for mums safety care home needed. First
week mum withdrawn but second week really letting her personality shows appear happy.

My husband has been in Lindley Park for four weeks, he was the fifth person to be admitted, so far everything seems to be going well. The staff are lovely and as they are also new it is a learning curve for everyone. The place itself is beautifully decorated, light and cheerful. I can't comment on the
food although I have seen some nice cakes in the afternoon.

It has been an emotional time for mum giving up her home of 50 years. She had a fall and went straight into care home from hospital as she requires 24 hour care. The care and support we have been given is exceptional which has helped enormously. The peace of mind I have knowing mum is safe and cared
for is priceless. The only complaint mum has is that she is given too much food!

Bingley Park is an outstanding care home that I can highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect home from home for a loved one. It is a beautiful purpose built residence surrounded by a garden and trees and the decor is superb. The staff are the kindest, most caring and hardworking people you
could wish for, they make the whole ethos happy and very friendly to all. My mother is extremely happy there, where she is looked after with love and attention to her needs. My mother's room is spacious and beautifully designed. This room is private which is so important to her. This is an excellent example how everything is considered in a respectful way to make the resident feel safe and have a sense of privacy, too. I thank each and every one for their support and care.

Bingley Park is a wonderful Care Home. The building has a very contemporary feel, with modern decor and is very light and airy. It is always spotlessly clean.
The staff are kind, professional and always treat the residents with dignity. They go above and beyond to support the residents and their families.

This care home is amazing and the staff are all so lovely and caring. They go above and beyond in caring for my father and they are so welcoming to all of his family. They recently hosted a party for my father 90th birthday and they decorated the garden room and welcomed all the family in. I cannot
recommend this care home enough. If you want your loved one to be well taken care of this is the place. They treat my father with respect and they are all wonderful

What a happy place this is. Staff so cheerful and welcoming. The residents are all well looked after and never ignored or just left to their own devices.
The Home itself is brand new so everywhere is in mint condition but very clean and well presented.
Can't find any faults at all :)

My family and I are truly delighted with the warm, considerate care our mother receives at Bingley Park. All the staff are kind, courteous and proactive, in fact MORE than willing to help promptly with ANYthing we request or that they discern may be of benefit to mum! We value the fact that every effort
is put into encouraging residents to participate in the many activities and the smiles and genuine interest of the staff 'abound' throughout the day - right up to bedtime - something SO valuable to ones who yearn to feel they 'belong'! It really is a DELIGHT to visit such a welcoming, happy home!

My wife has spent 2 weeks at Bingley Park so that I could have respite. She was very well cared for, particularly as she has dementia and is often very uncooperative. The staff were always very kind and helpful even under some very trying circumstances.
Since that time my wife has been back for a further
2 weeks in February and has received a further free week which was much appreciated.
So full marks to all at Bingley Park.
