My stay at Lindley Park was for rehab/respite care followup a fractured pelvis. All the staff were friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. I was discharged from Lindley Park feeling well cared for and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if needed.

I have been visiting my friend for about 9 months, I come every week & have never had any problems with the home. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners are always pleasant and welcoming. My friend's room + bathroom are always spotless + if my friend requires anything, she only has to ask + it's sorted for her. The food is very tasty, I stay for lunch and have never had anything that wasn't nice. Very good value for money (I pay £6 for a 3-course meal). All the carers are lovely and friendly and respect all the residents, which is lovely to see and they interact with them always.

Dad has been in Bingley Park now for just over a year on the 1st floor dementia unit. His stay has not been without challenges but we are getting there. Staff have come and gone but there are also staff who have been there from the beginning and I can not thank them enough for the care, support, kindness and dedication they have shown to both me and my father. Under the previous manager I had seen a decline in the home but since Vicky started there has been significant changes. Activities are now more or less daily. Staffing levels are up. The home itself and bedrooms are much cleaner. Laundry is improving too. The home is so warm and light with plenty of space and lovely decor. Gardens are so welcoming, spacious and lovely to sit in. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I can not thank them enough. Well done Vicky you are doing an amazing job, getting the home back to where it was a year ago. And thank you to all you wonderful staff for looking after my father you do amazing

Mum settled in very quickly and made friends very quickly. The staff were always pleasant, polite and friendly and treated her with friendship and dignity in equal amounts. We are delighted that she has no steps or staircases to manoeuver. All in all a great start to this new chapter of her life

When I came to visit my uncle for the first time, from the outside, I could see the home looked good, brand new and safe. When I was let in the staffs greeted me with a smile, and showed me to the lift, told me what floor and room number my uncle was in, I could see the home was clean. My uncle was happy to be there. He told me that the staffs are really good to him, in every way even though he's only been in a week, lovely room with an en suite, nice lounge dining area and kitchen choice of food, staffs available at all times.

What a beautiful safe, caring environment. First visit. Staff all smiley, helpful and chatty. Very welcoming, felt friendly and homely all service users looked well, clean and happy.

I attended on Wednesday 5th August to visit a resident and was delighted with the lovely, peaceful atmosphere. On entry the security was excellent, the decor very pleasing. It was 10:40 am but some residents were still enjoying breakfast. Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful. Eye tests were being conducted and all residents were escorted there and stayed with. I have no experience of the management or value for money so have not completed those boxes. Overall if I needed a care home this one would be top of my list.

The home is very welcoming in it's decor. It is always very clean and tidy. The staff have a good knowledge of my relative and have taken the time and trouble to find out her likes/dislikes, etc. As a family, we feel confident that our loved one is being cared for with compassion, humour and dignity.

Both my parents are residents of Lindley Park. When choosing a home, Lindley Park stood out as a brightly welcoming facility. My parents often remark about how lovely the staff are. I feel confident they are being looked after well, are safe, and cared for in a dignified + considerate way.

It's been a while since I've seen my grandparents and the first time in this facility and I'm very happy to see them so settled. It's given me peace of mind to know they're in such a lovely place. Friendly staff and a happy atmosphere.

The home has been an excellent choice for my father. The home is inviting and friendly and staff will take time to talk to you. It is difficult sometimes to settle into a home and my dad has settled very well. The home being new is spotless and maintained that way. The staff are lovely and friendly and sort things as needed.

On entrance to the building - all sfety procedures followed, very welcoming staff, showed me where to go. My friend is very happy living in the home. The room was clean. She is content with her surroundings and feels happy walking round the residental home to meet other residents. All staff were friendly and obviously had good relationships with the residents. Lovely pictures on the walls for the residents to see. A good range of activities for residents. Very clean. Excellent staff.

I was very surprised and pleased at how my mum was looked after, all the staff were very proffesional and caring, my mum wasn't looking forward to going into a care home because of previous problems with other family members in other care homes, but she really liked Bingley Park Care Home and felt alot better after the 4 weeks she was there.

I find this care home very warm and inviting, excellent decor and well kept garden. Staff are helpful in every way. My friend has settled in very and made new friends. I would recommend this home to anyone in need of care.
