It was our pleasure to care for your mum, she was a wonderful person, always a delight. It was changing bedrooms from the Haven to the top floor for her in the last few weeks was the right thing to do in her best interest allowing her to experience another part of the home and gave you all that wonderful view. You and your family being by her side for her last week gave her the best possible outcome. Her memory lives on at Mere Hall - we miss her still and often talk about her. There's loads of activities and entertainment for residents and the home posts photos online, which is brilliant for relatives
We've been impressed with how clean and well-kept everything is and all the facilities available, including a little shop, beauty salon, bar, several lounges, garden, rooftop terrace and even a small cinema.
The food is top quality and family & friends are welcome to eat there too. We really enjoyed the 3 course Mother's Day meal with mum on a recent visit.
In conclusion we can say that Tranby Park has exceeded our expectations at every turn and we would absolutely recommend it without hesitation.
We are very grateful to the amazing staff for looking after mum so well :o)
