When we were looking for residential care for my mother, Chirk Court was one of the homes we considered. We were shown around and were immediately impressed by the facilities, the cleanliness, the welcoming and knowledgeable staff, and the overall feel of the home.

As a result, we selected Chirk Court, and Mum moved in later that month. She has settled in very well, and the staff have been incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, reassuring both Mum and ourselves at every step.

We would certainly recommend that anyone looking for residential care should put Chirk Court on their list of homes to visit. Our experience has been very positive, and we are very pleased with the care and support Mum has received.

We have recently moved my mother in law from another home to Chirk Court. The whole process was very smooth, and she is settling in well. The care & friendliness of the staff is excellent & we know she is very safe.

Mum is a resident - staff are so supportive, they tend to her needs professionally + careing.

They all looks clean, showered, dressed well and help them + my sister-in-law to feed them.

My Sister has been at this care home now for several months. The standard of care she has received has been beyond excellent. She has progressed in her speech, more alert and cleanliness is perfect. Her room is beautiful & en-suite facilities There are a variety of communal areas to take her when I visit with drinks cakes and scones available. I feel the home is inviting, uplifting and homely. I have had an incredibly positive experience with Chirk Court . The care my mum recieves has been excellent. The staff are kind, patient, and highly professional.

Communication from the management team is excellent; we are always kept informed of any updates. The home itself is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. We feel the care my mum receives is second to none and grateful to the whole team.

Fantastic care home that do everything to make my mother comfortable and part of a communitity family,engagement,involvement, support, well being, welcoming to visitors. Fantastic staff that really do care make 100% difference, well done keep up the great attention to caring.

The facilities are excellent and my aunt has a lovely room with many of her own items of furniture in it. The garden is a great resource and easily accessible.

Every member of the Chirk Court team is welcoming and so helpful.

Patrick has been a resident for 5 years in that time I have met the carers to be welcoming to me. Kind to both pat & myself; efficient + caring nothing is too much trouble. They are busy but still have time to listen to any requests from me. Pat is well looked after, he eats well & very happy and so am I and the family.

My mother is unhappy there, and when she was in hospital, Chrik told them they could no longer look after her. They did not have the grace to phone me. I found that unacceptable.

Mum has been at Chirk Court for just over 18 months. The staff are excellent and have gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum is happy, and she has settled in well. She has thrived in the the supportive and homely atmosphere at Chirk Court. As I don't live locally, it is so reassuring to know that Mum is well looked after by staff who have really got to know her and understand her. Thank you!
