As the Manager of Llys Eleanor and her team work tirelessly to ensure that individuals accommodated have the opportunity to live in a service that supports and promotes independence and maintains skills with social care support delivered on-site by our Local Authority partners if required. We appreciate your feedback and time in completing the review and will ensure this is shared with all staff at the service. Supporting family members and other close contacts is a priority to ensure key relationships can be maintained. I'm sorry this has been your experience and would like to take the opportunity to explain that ClwydAlyn act as the housing management for Llys Eleanor, which is an independent living scheme for people aged 60 plus. Care and Support for those that require additional support as not fully independent is via the Local Authority. If there is an issue accessing your family member by the main entrance to the service then we can support with repairs or you can request an access fob with the agreement of your family member. We will make tenants aware of the risks you have raised of them letting visitors into the service and their home.
