The staff at Chirk Court are always very welcoming and helpful. I can't fault the facilities not only for the residents, but for the families visiting the residents, too. The residents' rooms are lovely, homely and always clean. The residents are well looked after, and my grandmother's health and wellbeing
has significantly improved since being at Chirk Court.

Always made welcome - staff are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, my mother has settled in and is very happy and content. The home and all the facilities are excellent, and everywhere is clean, and oh, how I enjoy the lovely cakes that are always available in the orangery.

I find it very friendly and happy place to visit, and I visit most days. You are made welcome the minute you arrive at the home. I find it so clean and tidy wherever you go, in fact, spotless. My wife is very happy and has settled very well.

From first approaching Chirk Court to the present day, Chirk Court have been so helpful and friendly. The admin process was seamless, and the staff took all the stress out of the process.
Every member of staff spoke to us on our visits and made us welcome. The building is spotless, and the garden
areas are so well laid out.

After viewing several homes, Chirk Court was 'the one' from moment we walked in staff so friendly, helpful and understanding how hard it was for me to look to place my dad in a home but all my fears evaporated after 5 minutes here. Such a happy, clean and cheerful place. I feel so lucky dad is here.

My dad was in the Maelor and once it was decided the level care required I contacted Chirk Care Home and was really lucky they had a room available - they couldn't have done more to assist with the assessment of dads care needs and the lady that showed us around was amazing at explaining all the functions
of the home. Throughout the assessment period I felt that Jane worked well to establish dads needs as an EMI resident and that chirk court could accommodate them before us both agreeing that this was best place for him. Any query I have had through the process has been answered promptly and I have been kept very well informed Dad has never been more settled somewhere his room is lovely, he enjoys the food (says it's the best he's had), enjoys having a en-suite shower room as he is a private person, he has joined in the activities something he previously wouldn't have done. The whole feeling of chirk court is very calming it feels like a family.

A lovely, welcoming home from home. Staff who care and go the extra mile for residents. Lots of activities should residents want to take part. My mother always says the food is good. Easy to talk to management if necessary.

Chirk Court has been a Godsend. We know my father in law is safe and well cared for and my wife can finally relax. He has a lovely room and as there are only a small number of residents in a unit he gets good individual care. The staff are lovely to us as a family and the manager is very approachable
and friendly. I would highly recommend this care home.

I like being here because it is nice and clean and I have a special bed which is very comfortable. I like the food but the carers will make me something different if I fancy something. The carers are nice and look after me well. They take me to listen to singing and things if I want to go. I'm very

This residential home is lovely and bright, the staff are courteous and caring and the attention given to residents is exemplary. After many years trying to decide what to do, my father decided to move into Chirk Court. From the day he arrived, it has been amazing. Staff are brilliant and very welcoming. His room is lovely, and were told to do what he wanted, to make it homely for him. He settled really well, and quickly and now
refers to it as his home. It has also given me and the family peace of mind, knowing how well he is being cared for. Can't fault the place.

I visit my father at least once a fortnight. I find the staff very helpful and they take care of his needs effectively and efficiently with the most compassion. Thank you for all you do for him.

I can't thank the staff at Chirk Court enough for the way they look after my father. The residents rooms and the communal areas are excellent, bright, well furnished and very clean. He has his own bathroom and is able to have a shower without having to be wheeled down a corridor. This is important to
him as he is very private. A fabulous home.
