I have had an incredibly positive experience with Chirk Court . The care my mum recieves has been excellent. The staff are kind, patient, and highly professional.

Communication from the management team is excellent; we are always kept informed of any updates. The home itself is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. We feel the care my mum receives is second to none and grateful to the whole team.

Fantastic care home that do everything to make my mother comfortable and part of a communitity family,engagement,involvement, support, well being, welcoming to visitors. Fantastic staff that really do care make 100% difference, well done keep up the great attention to caring.

The facilities are excellent and my aunt has a lovely room with many of her own items of furniture in it. The garden is a great resource and easily accessible.

Every member of the Chirk Court team is welcoming and so helpful.

Patrick has been a resident for 5 years in that time I have met the carers to be welcoming to me. Kind to both pat & myself; efficient + caring nothing is too much trouble. They are busy but still have time to listen to any requests from me. Pat is well looked after, he eats well & very happy and so am I and the family.

My mother is unhappy there, and when she was in hospital, Chrik told them they could no longer look after her. They did not have the grace to phone me. I found that unacceptable.

Mum has been at Chirk Court for just over 18 months. The staff are excellent and have gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum is happy, and she has settled in well. She has thrived in the the supportive and homely atmosphere at Chirk Court. As I don't live locally, it is so reassuring to know that Mum is well looked after by staff who have really got to know her and understand her. Thank you!

Lovely smiley staff who were very helpful. Good outdoor spaces, spacious inside- clean and neatly decorated. Very friendly little tortoiseshell cat. Nan seems happy and well looked after. We're all very pleased she is getting the opportunity to be outside more.

From the moment we walked into Chirk court we knew it was the right place for our Mum. While she was in her initial temporary placement we looked at a lot of different options across the spectrum of types of care homes. Chirk court ticks all the boxes for us. Excellent environment, kind people, small households and access to the outdoors. We feel very fortunate to have found this place for Mum and she has settled in beautifully. She has been really enjoying the activities and links with the local community and we have been happy to have been kept in the loop as a family about how she settling and it's great to see how well she's doing.

The gardens, dining room and comfortable communal areas are all just metres from the residents' en-suite rooms. Chirk Court is a fantastic care home, with genuine care and attention clearly reflected in its design, management and wonderful staff.

Mum has recently moved into Chirk Court. It's early days but so far we've found it to be a pleasant place, welcoming and clean, with good communication coming from the manager. So far, so good. Only marked down value for money because all care homes are far too expensive, Chirk Court is better value than most.

Ee get regular Church services which I like

Mum has been at Chirk Court approx 9 months - during which time she has transformed. She is still frail, but overall brighter, content and memory + cognition appears improved. I stay in the guest room for 2 nights each visit which enables me to see day to day (not just a snapshot). I see wonderful care levels, regularity, flexibility to try to accommodate individual needs + 'quirks', and very importantly a very happy + 'homely' environment for the residents. I feel there is very little to improve upon, we are very happy mum is here + under great care
