Mum has been in Rosaburn for a year, she has been well cared for during a very difficult time. My Dad died in July and the staff were great. After discussions with them we agreed that mum should not be told. Everyone conveyed their sympathy in a very discreet manner. When a quieter room recently became available I asked if Mum could be moved into it, they did this very seamlessly and arranged her room in a manner that she would recognise. Mum has always seemed fairly content.

My mum has lived at Rosaburn House for over a year now and the peace of mind our family feels is important. The care staff are patient, kind, and treat her with dignity. Management are approachable and keeps us updated on any changes in her health, The rooms are clean, the meals are great, and there is always an activity or music session happening to keep everyone engaged. We could not have asked for a more warm and safe environment for her.

Staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I would not have any concerns about recommending Rosaburn to families who are looking for a Care Home for their loved ones.

Mum has been a resident at Rosaburn for two & a half years. The team works to my mum's individual needs and show affection & compassion on a regular basis. The Team will help if either Mum or the family require anything. A great team doing a great job.

My wife has been in Rosaburn for two and a half years and I could not be more happy for her care. The staff could not be more attentive and the atmosphere in the home is wonderful, I would highly recommend Rosaburn to anyone needing care and support for their loved ones.

Standard of care is generally good. The food is of an exceptional high standard. There are variety of activities to opt in or out of. The lounges and public waiting area are welcoming and visually pleasing. Staff/carers are largely proactive and respond positively in the main. Staff work well as a team and are approachable at all times.

From the start, the welcome we received, a wee lunch provided for my sister and I was very much appreciated. The family are delighted with the care my uncle receives. The staff are fantastic and couldn't be more helpful, from spending time with him to getting him ready quickly for a wee trip to the coffee shop.

The areas are very clean and well cared for, with plenty space for his belongings and specialised chairs.

There is good communication between the home and myself which puts my mind at rest.

Overall, we are all very happy with Lindsayfield Lodge.

The staff are professional and really get to know the residents likes/dislikes. It matters to me that they really care about the residents and I feel they do at Lindsayfield. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied any issues raised are dealt with immediately. Highly recommend staff and facilities.

The staff are lovely, very attentive and caring. I know that she is safe and being well cared for. The nursing staff look after her many needs and keep us well informed. She is eating better than she could on her on ( with carers) at home and is much happier within herself.

As a result, she has settled in well.

My brother has Alzheimers and entered Lindsayfield lodge at the end of November. Since entering the home he has become mentally brighter and engages more now with family and with the staff. This is due to the wide range of activities on offer which my brother participates. The staff have been wonderful in their care of my brother and with the other residents. There is good communication between the home and myself which is very reassuring. I am very happy that he is in Lindsayfield Lodge

I am very happy with how my mum is looked after and treated always with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff in the home are fantastic both in how they care for my mum and all the other residents. The unit has a lovely atmosphere, lots of activities and fun, which I experience on a daily basis. I have complete confidence in how my mum is looked after. I am very grateful for the support the staff give me too.

I've only good things to say about the staff, the care, and the facilities at Rosaburn House. Everyone made my 92 year old dad feel welcome right from the moment he moved in - staff talked to him, listened to him, and cared for him. The home is always spotless, the food smells good, and we're always welcome to visit. We, including my dad, couldn't be happier.
