The staff on shift the night he passed could not have been more supportive in attending to his and our needs. The respect shown by all staff the following morning when he left was very moving and a great comfort. The family will always be very grateful to them for helping to make our father's passing so peaceful and dignified and for their support to us in our grief.

As a retired minister of 40 years experience I have never know such wonderful care. I commend the Balmoral without reservation.

My dad moved into Executive Suites at 3 Bridges in March this year. He settled really quickly and has continued to thrive. He has gained some weight and enjoys the food immensely. He is so well looked after and cared for. Every member of the team are amazing, they know dads every need and the care he receives is wonderful. It is an absolute joy to visit him and hear about his day. He has been on several outings and thoroughly enjoys the on-site entertainment. I also really appreciate regular updates from all members of the team - this is very reassuring and the chats are much appreciated.

Amazing location and fabulous staff, clean, bright and very good coffee and cakes/homemade food. Lovely room. Good to know my dad is being well looked after and is happy, healthy and safe. Thank you everyone!

From the moment we walked through the front door, we had a good feeling. Choosing a care home is difficult and emotional, but the staff were wonderful with us and mum. They took time to listen to our requirements, mum's likes and dislikes, and were kind and empathetic to mum as she transitioned from home. Nothing was too much trouble. We are now 2 years down the line and feel that mum is well and truly part of the Balmoral family. We are grateful to all the staff for the care they provide and, more importantly, the manner in which they provide it. The nursing staff, healthcare support workers, hospitality, front of house, housekeeping are all truly amazing people and treat mum with such dignity, respect and compassion. We feel confident knowing mum is in good hands. There's never a dull moment, Balmoral have a full schedule of activities which residents can choose to take part in. Mum is not so keen on the dancing, but will happily have a wee prosecco! We would 100% recommend.

Mum has been in 3 Bridges for 3 months now and we cannot fault any aspect of her care. The staff have been exceptionally kind and attentive and have gone "above and beyond" to make her feel welcome and to cater to her needs. Everyone who has visited Mum has commented on the welcoming atmosphere in the home.

Denis is very well cared for as are all residents. His physical, mental and spiritual needs are met by all staff. The staff of all departments know each resident and visitors by name, and we are welcomed at all times (except meals).The activities are supervised and everyone enjoys the Brassier and the service. We have 7 nurses in our family and all agree that Balmoral standards are excellent.

The Executive Suites is a bright, clean, warm and friendly environment for my Dad. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. They always go above and beyond for my Dad, they treat him like one of their own family and are very patient and affectionate towards him. Knowing he is being cared for by such lovely people means the world to me and their positive attitude has done wonders for my Dad's wellbeing. Staff are very on the ball, with any medical concerns addressed quickly with the doctor. The range of classes from Sacha's music therapy to Donn's dance class mean there is always an activity for Dad to take part in when he's able. Dad's favourite is all the lovely food, he seems to have a constant supply of sweet treats which he loves. Getting to know the fabulous staff of the Executive Suites - everyone from cleaning staff, to carers, to nurses - and seeing Dad interact so happily with them all has felt like such a ray of sunshine during a difficult time for our family.

The commitment and care from all the employees is second to none. Each member of staff shows kindness, empathy and genuine enthusiasm for the care they give. This is the standard for others to follow.

3 Bridges is a lovely Home with very caring staff who have made my mother's time there a pleasure. Issues are dealt with timeously and there is always somebody to lend an ear. My mother is now 98 and has been there since 2021. She has settled in very well after her quite different life in a sheltered housing schem in Ilkley West Yorks.

My mum has been in the the three bridges care home for just over 2 years it is a fantastic home all staff are very attentive caring & loving to all the residents nothing is ever a problem. My mum is happy well looked after and safe .

Our family member recently moved to The Balmoral. From our first visit with Robyn at Front of House we were treated with respect and kindness.She answered our many questions and made us feel that nothing is too much trouble. That attitude is shared by the whole staff team. My sister in law receives wonderful personal care from Care Staff who know her likes/dislikes and specific needs. Hospitality Staff provide a variety of meals/snacks to suit her dietary needs and Housekeeping maintain her clothes and room to a high standard. The Nursing staff are amazing. They communicate with us as a family on a regular basis, highlighting any changes in her condition and ensuring her wellbeing at all times. She takes part, as she chooses, in a variety of impressive activities from the monthly programme. There is a warm and friendly private day room where she can relax and interact with other residents. We could not be happier with the quality of care given and highly recommend The Balmoral.

I can only say that we are even happier with our Mum's care. All of the team, from being greeted into the home, updated with any health concerns by the nurses, and further updated on Mum's wellbeing by the carers has been fantastic. Our Mum is constantly monitored, recently she was clutching her chest, and as she is mostly non-verbal and couldn't say what was wrong, they immediately checked her oxygen levels and blood pressure which weren't right, phoned us for permission to call an ambulance, got her to hospital, and it turned out to be blood clots on her lungs. Mum was treated for 4 days and is now back at Balmoral as if nothing had happened. We arrived the other day to find a miniature therapy pony visiting. The residents were so happy to meet and stroke the pony, just amazing. The families are invited to join their relatives at the summer barbeque, the brasserie quiz, Mother's day afternoon tea and other fantastic events. Would recommend 100%

The care received at Three Bridges is of an excellent standard. The facilities are well appointed, very clean, and cheerful, and residents are consistently treated with respect and dignity. Staff show patience, warmth, and attentiveness, and management are proactive and supportive. There is also a strong focus on engagement and entertainment, with meaningful effort made to keep residents occupied, stimulated, and involved. This provides great reassurance regarding all aspects of health, wellbeing, and day-to-day comfort. We are delighted with the level of care received.

I find the staff and facilities at executive suites very good and competent. My mother is very settled and happy there. She knows all the staff well and enjoys the company. She seems to be well cared for and has benefited from being there since March 2025

It's clear how much thought, warmth and care goes into everything they do. Knowing Dad is in such a compassionate, engaging environment gives us enormous peace of mind. We're incredibly grateful.

My mum has received excellent support since moving into the home. The staff offer truly bespoke care and constant reassurance, always taking the time to understand her needs. Mum has Alzheimer's and what means the most to us is how the team treat her like the true lady she has always been. She has always taken pride in her appearance and the staff ensure she is beautifully presented, comfortable, and cared for every day. Their kindness and respect give our family real peace of mind and we're deeply grateful for the way they look after her
