They are always welcoming to me when I visit. The food is very nice. They are very helpful in finding aids to help him and have a lovely family atmosphere.

Bavani Care home looks after my grandad really well. He recieves lots of care and attention. He enjoys going out on the outings, like to get fish and chips and its lovely to receive photos of him looking really happy and having a nice time.

Thank you to the exceptional team at Bavani Care Home for caring for my Dad. They have gone over and above again by arranging a birthday party for Dad and put a big smile on his face. Im very sure Dad enjoyed the cake and had a great time with the other residence celebrating his birthday. Thank you Bavani team...this is greatly appreciated!

I am very pleased with the care my sister receives at Abbey House-Morden. The manager is thorough and professional, always responding promptly to my emails and questions. The staff are well trained, welcoming, and polite-whenever I visit to pick my sister up, they greet us warmly and with respect. While I do not spend much time in the care home, I feel confident that my sister is well cared for.

I am very happy with Bavani Care Home and truly grateful for the care my father receives. The staff are consistently positive, patient, and kind toward him, and they always handle him in a calm and respectful manner. Their approach gives me great peace of mind, knowing he is treated with dignity and compassion. Both physical and mental health has been inproved by being in this care home. I am updated and contacted if there are any changes or concerns. She is safe and happy given opportunity to be herself. The staff and manager are wonderful.

Overall a great care home the other residents all seem happy and content not a bad thing to say only good, allahumma barik. Nice to see people there actually to improve people's standard of life and not just for a paycheck!

My dad came to the Abbey house care home in March 2025. He was stressed and confused as he'd lost his wife and suffered from vascular dementia. Just in a few short weeks there has been an amazing change. He's in a routine. He's eating, washing and interacting with other clientele at the home. He's under good management and his temper is controlled. We are as a family, so relieved to have him there and he's in the best of care 10/10

My experience with Bavani Care Home has been outstanding from the moment of first contact. The decision to place my nan in a care home was very difficult for my family but even from the initial meeting, we were put at ease. All of the staff are lovely and really take care of my nan like she is one of the family, a welcome difference from what I have experienced visiting and speaking to other homes. The home itself is clean, homely and all the residents look well-kept and happy. The manager is really lovely and is always on hand to answer our millions of questions without any bother and has really helped put us at ease in the whole process with heaps of information and knowledge as well as comforting words. My nan has settled well and is enjoying her new home thanks to the great team at Bavani.

I find the staff very caring. They seek to meet the needs of their clients respectfully. I feel welcomed when I arrive. If I have any concerns about my friend, I feel confident in approaching the staff in the knowledge that her needs will be ministered to. This is a good home trying to meet the challenging needs they experience on a day-to-day basis.

It is a nice place, safe, secure and in a quiet location. The carers are polite and helpful. The manager has always been helpful and kind as well.

I liked the dining room but not the sitting room with the TV which is small and annoying. Would be good to think of some activities that residents can do together - like exercises, playing games together like chess, cards, backgammon, etc. More activities that engage the residents' brains and encourage communication with each other will be recommendable, not just sitting in front of the TV like zombies. But in general, the home is trying to provide good care and comfort. Thank you!

Overall, Abbey House - Morden is a very well-run care home. My friend has been living at Abbey House for about three years and has settled in well. The staff at Abbey House are very kind and caring. The residents are able to go out very often and access the community. The home arranges activities very often which the residents enjoy.

My brother has been a resident at Abbey House for a few years, and in that time, he has been happy and content. The staff are kind and caring. Any requests by the family are proactively addressed by the assistant manager. I have found the environment to be clean and tidy.
