My experience of Preston Private from visiting my father who has been a resident for about a month, is all positive. All the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I am kept up to date with medical matters and any issues. Most importantly, dad is settling in well, after a shaky start, and this is all down to the care and attention he has received. He is treated with dignity and respect, and has improved physically since moving there.

Whilst my mum was in respite the staff have all been absolutely amazing with my mum. The lvel of care, compassion, kindness, support, laughter and time spent with my mum has been exemplary. I only wish my mum would stay here in the safe, nurturing, kind environment that his care home provides 24 hours / 7 days a week! Forever grateful to you all. Many thanks, Vanessa. X

I find Preston Private Nursing Home PR2 9SX perfect in every way. My room, TV, toilet, bed and furniture so very good and up to date. I was warm, well looked after by all the staff with nothing too much trouble for them. So clean and service second to none. The food was delicious, so tasty and varied and came just when you really wanted it. The staff were excellent, so smiley and pleasant and always here to help. Loved my stay. Thank you.

Always a warm welcome, all staff are very friendly and helpful always very clean, when one of my mum's friends came to see her she was made very welcome, and was invited to have lunch with her. She said the food was excellent well done to the chef. The entertainment girls are also amazing as are the staff on Ladywell.

Really pleased with the care towards my nan and how all the staff are with her.

I have visited the home a lot in the last month. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The food is excellent. My mother has enjoyed the activities, dominoes, bingo. The staff are attentive and caring and management always there to help and discuss the needs of Mother, to ensure she feels at home and happy.

Your attention to care was exemplary. The care you gave mum was as though you were her family. The unit/home was always clean and we were greeted with smiles. Staff were professional, and gave mum her dignity.

My mum has settled in really well, everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Her room is well looked after cleaned every day. Staff are always there to help.

What excellent treatment my friend was given whilst living at PPNH. The staff were excellent, I've never seen my friend look so happy as she did until she passed away. The staff were great with me and I can't praise them enough. So thank you to all for everything and looking after my friend.

The care and compassion of the staff here at Preston Private- particularly the manager, deputy leads the staff was impeccable and they showed true passion with the care given to mum, even after her passing. The home is always clean, tidy, food is delicious and activities are varied and fun. We cannot thank you enough. xx

What a beautifully clean, inviting home my sister spent her last few months. You as a staff team (everyone) spent time chatting with her, laughing and giving her the dignity without question. She always spoke about your lovely food and how nothing was too much trouble. A heartfelt thank you.

Very friendly atmosphere, welcoming and peaceful. The care is top notch, everything needed is supplied, even a new tv if requested. A very clean establishment.

My mum is being looked after well staff are lovely and friendly and my mum seems happy. Food is always good. My mum has had her nails done and taken part in some activities.

The care given to my mother in law has always been very good. She is happy living here and very settled. Her room has been up dated with new furniture and looks clean and fresh, no complaints.

The care mum has received in the time she has been excellent. She always seem very keen to take part in the afternoon activities. The overall experience appears to be excellent.

It would be hard to find a better care home. The staff are amazing, caring, compassionate and friendly. There is always time for a chat even when extremely busy. My dad has been looked after so well and time was taken when he just wanted to have someone to hold his hand. Even now at the end of dads life they have been so kind to me.
