Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My uncle, who was in Assisted Living accommodation, had a short spell in the hospital and unfortunately, was discharged looking more poorly than when he was admitted. The decision was made to move him to Beauleigh Court as all concerned felt he needed more support. He has improved in leaps and bounds
since moving to Beauleigh Court. He is stronger, looks an excellent colour, has gained weight, and is mentally stimulated by all the activities on offer. The staff are all pleasant and helpful in our experience, and my uncle is very comfortable with them.
Reply from Hannah Hargrave, Home Manager at Beauleigh CourtThank you so much. We adore your uncle and he is pleasure to care for. A real asset to our Beauleigh Court family.

My Dad recently stayed at the care home for two weeks of respite care, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the first phone call, the staff were super efficient, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made sure he felt comfortable and settled straight away, which gave
our family real peace of mind. Thank you so much
Reply from Beth Standley, Customer Relations Manager at Wilton ManorThank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review. We are truly delighted to hear that your Dad's respite stay was such a positive experience and that you felt reassured from the very first phone call.

Our team works incredibly hard to ensure every resident feels welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, so it means a great deal to know this came across and gave your family peace of mind. It was a pleasure to care for your Dad, and we're so grateful for your lovely feedback.

With very best wishes,

First class architetural design - best on the island. Stunning attention to every little detail - from decoration right through to individual residents needs and care. Having worked in many care homes, I can positively say that none come close to this level of sophistication. It has set the bar for
others to reach, and is the standard that we would wish for and expect, for our loved ones in their final years! Exceedingly well done!!
Reply from William Hargrave, Customer Relations Manager at Grace Court Care HomeThank you so much for your review Steve and we're so happy to see the work of our team recognised. From the architect, builders, and other tradespeople who contributed to the building of the home. To the care team and other auxiliary staff both in the home and the wider Sanders family. Grace Court wouldn't be possible without them, or reviewers such as you Steve, who help us to continue to make Grace Court the best it can be.

Really happy with the care my dad has recieved here at Grace Court. All the staff are super friendly and happy to answer and deal with any requests. My dad seems very content he's eating well and looking much better already and only been in here a week. Staff are great with my mum too, who visits every
day. She has stayed for lunch with my dad all week and is even having her hair done with him next week including her which is fab.

My friend who has dementia was living on her own with care and doing ok although very lonely despite having carers come in three times a day. She was adamant that a care home was not for her. But I talked her into respite. Graces Court made her feel so welcome. From the moment she stepped through
the door it felt like home. Everything about it was far more than she ever expected. The staff are fantastic everyone has time when she needs it. At Graces Court people are treated like equals with staff and they are a family who listen and encourage.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.
My friend is extremely happy and with the 24 hour care I know she is safe and well looked after.
I must mention the food which is superb.
To finalise I would say Graces Court is like a 5 star hotel with the added bonus of having a happy family around you that care for your every need with the addition of healthcare staff.

Beauleigh Court

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My Mum joined Beauleigh Court last month and we were shocked at how quickly she settled in considering it was something she'd been adverse to but unfortunately there was no choice. The home is outstanding in terms of its beautiful communal areas - bar area, day rooms and dining rooms plus bedrooms -
which are modern, spacious, light and airy so feels more like a five * hotel than a care home.
Most importantly their point of difference is the staff. From the manager to the carers to the barista, everyone has been so welcoming, fun and caring - all taking the time to get to know my Mum properly and already know her personality and humour so well that they are always chatting, laughing and dancing with her when I go to visit. Luckily she easily made a number of friends with other residents and they are always enjoying the regular activities together. Food has been top notch and she is loving the weekly hair salon and nail bar. The weekly Drs service is also a bonus. She is loving it.
Reply from Hannah Hargrave, Home Manager at Beauleigh CourtThank you so much for your kind review. It feels like your mum has been here since the beginning! She has settled in amazingly and we adore her. Thank you for your support too - it has been a pleasure getting to know you all

Both of my parents are residents and in poor health. Beauleigh Court look after all their needs from personal care, nutrition and stimulation which has allowed me to become their daughter once again instead of their full time carer.
They are both taking part in events that they have never done before

The Belmont care home is wonderful. Beautiful surroundings - it could be a 5-star hotel! Excellent staff who are always so nice, helpful and caring to mum and the family. Mum really enjoys the food (+ she wouldn't say that lightly!) + all the fantastic activities that are organised just about every

There are no words to express how fantastic the staff are at this wonderful care home. From the first enquiry right through to my mum moving in they have been professional, understanding, caring and have gone above and beyond answering queries and explaining the whole process. I am really disappointed with the state my husband came home. When the staff came to assess him they were aware of what mobility he had and I had hoped they would have continued helping him while in their care. However, he has lost his mobility and I now have carers in 4 times a day to move him from
bed to chair assist him at lunch time and late afternoon then put him to bed. He spent all of the time sitting in a chair. I appreciate he is not very sociable and did not want to join in activities but I am sure he could have been encouraged to walk round his room. He did have his walker there. I bitterly regret putting him into respite care.
The facilities, cleanliness etc are obviously good but I just feel my husband was in some ways neglected.
Reply from Izabella Goodall, Marketing Executive at Wilton ManorThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. My friend has been a resident at Chalkwell Grange for a year. She's younger than most residents but needs 24 hour care due to having Alzheimer's. Her social needs have been tailored to suit her since being at home and she is well cared for in a safe and stimulating environment. The staff are friendly
