I came to see Anthony on his birthday 20/7/26. He was very happy, well dressed & clean. I didn't get a chance to see his room as we were in the garden singing happy birthday and listening to music. Staff were great, as always.

Very well ran care home. The team are extremely caring and have been looking after my mum for the past couple of years. She is very happy snd we are very well informed. The team are always attentive and ready to discuss any concerns and always looking for constructive feedbacks.

Place is clean.

The home is always clean, well organised, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. I really appreciate everything the staff do every day, and I would like to thank them for their dedication and support. I would happily recommend this care home to anyone looking for excellent care for a loved one.

We are very happy with the care at Elmstead House, the team are communicating very well with us all the news on our father, and everyone is very kind and attention to detail. One of the staff members sends me photos and organises for video calls which is a wonderful personal touch.

When my aunt returned from the temple, she looked very happy and blessed.

They have cared for my sister since she came from the hospital Nov 2025. The care is good and the staff are very caring, showing kindness at all times.

I would recommend the care home to anyne who was have to come out of hospital and had no close relatives or friends able to take care of me. I consider I have been very lucky in coming to the home and thank them for all the care and help that they have given to me while I have been here and hope I can continue to stay for a lot longer and have their help.

In this care home they really take care of your wishes and desires. And the staff are very helpful.

I have been coming here for a few years now (once a year usually) and I must say it has always been a pleasant experience. I can not express how care and attentive the staff are. They always go beyond their means to look after my grandmother. I must also add they are beautiful people too.

Always greeted with a friendly manner I have no complaints with Cherry and would recomend to people.

Nice and clean place, staffs are very friendly and helpful , i asked one of the carer about their experience in this care home she was working since 4 years , she said this is the best job place environment where she can work peacefully.they are looking after old age people very well

My mother in law has been at Heatherbrook for 4 and a half years. Many of the staff have worked there all that time. The atmosphere is happy and very caring. She is very well looked after. There is a very family feeling about the home.

I visited my grandmother here and was so happy with how well she looked. The staff were kind, caring, and friendly. The food was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the care was excellent. The manager was helpful and supportive. I felt reassured knowing my grandmother is safe and happy here. Highly recommended.

Caring patient staff well supervised with a kind attitude to the patient and always there to talk to relatives which I think is very important Vivian I find is very hands on with all the patients and is most helpful in every aspect of her job

Harpreet, Janice and co all care for my mum Christine with incredible kindness and compassion

Only thing I'd love them to do is try and get my mum a couple of books to read

But overall it's wonderful care home!! 5/5 !!
