Outstanding service provided, couldn't be anymore happier with regards to the way my parents have been treated. I would also like to give a big mention to the receptionist who's bubbly and always been a great help. She also makes the process of things a lot easier.

My friend lives in Elmstead House Care Home and I'm very thankful for the care he receives. The staff are kind, patient and really caring. I feel he is in good hands.
He has dementia and the activities are suitable for him. They understand his needs and keep him involved without pressure. Recently
they organise more outings, which really help his mental health and mood.
The home is clean, friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for good care for their loved one.

My neighbour now lives here and seems to have settled in well. Everything is well organised and feels very calm for the residents. The carers clearly care about their work and I found it reassuring to see that vulnerable elderly people can receive such good care.

Since my aunt came here as a resident I have noticed such an improvement not only in her physical abilities but also her mental health. She is looking much brighter and focused. Her engagement with the other residents and staff has allowed her to want to read and complete her puzzle books. Her appetite
has also improved, which is wonderful, seeing her tucking into the very good food, which is provided. She is so much happier. Thank you very much.

I want to express my deepest thanks to the wonderful team at Elmstead Care Home, especially Mona the nurse and Megha the carer, who look after my mother with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their compassion shines through in everything they do, and it gives myself real peace of mind knowing

This home is wonderful and the staff are absolutely lovely. No matter what time we arrive or how busy the home is, the care and love for the residents shines through. We know that caring for vuonerable residents must be rewarding, but often challenging too. The staff show kindness, patience and humanity
in abundance.
What we saw today (on a busy and chaotic morning) exemplifies the professionalism, love and patience that is given on a daily basis. There is a lot of negativity in the media about nursing homes but they provide a shining beacon of hope and love - and an example to others. I'm a teacher and work in a caring background so I feel that I understand a little about the challenges that they face.
Truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We feel so lucky that our relative is with you.

My sister arrived at the home from the hospital. She had vascular dementia, was very difficult didnt eat, drink, take meds and fought off all staff. She was sent to home that was told by whips & hospital she was mobile and had no problem with food and drink, which was the opposite. The staff tried their
utmost to get food & drink down her with no joy. She was very difficult, but the staff were amazing, very patient, and kind & caring. My sister was sent to hospital and after spending 3 days/nights on a trolley was sent back to home with DVTS in her leg. The staff treated her with injections of bloodthinning meds, but unfortunately, she passed away. All the staff that dealt with my sister was also very supportive and kind to me and family.
