I would like to express on behalf of my family to the whole of the care team, our appreciation, thanks, and support you all provide my father, Andy, throughout the care process. There are, of course, no words which can express our thanks for the care, empathy and kindness you all show. However, I wanted to put in writing our formal appreciation for all the hard work you all put into assisting my father with his dementia and physical challenges. Please kindly spread the word across the whole team in Hailsham House. Thank you very much.

Entertainment should be on every day. I know that sometimes this isn't available re days off. It would be an idea to employ extra staff to cover.

Mum came into Lindridge February 2024 initially for respite following a hospital stay. It soon became clear that she was enjoying life so much that she decided to stay. The homely atmosphere of the home they are truly one big family. All staff are so friendly and have time for the residents. The home is spotless and the food very good. The activities are amazing- there is something for everyone. Mum did things she never would have had the chance to do. I've never seen her laugh so much for a long time. Great friends were made.

We are very pleased with the way the home looks after our relative. They are so kind, and nothing is too much trouble. We do get comments about the food, but are not sure if this is correct. From what it looks like, it looks good.

Since my wife moved to Hailsham Hpuse she is in the lounge all day, which is good for her as before she was in her room all day. The activities in the lounge are very good. She likes the sing songs and likes to join in. I visit every day and see the things that are put on for them; they also get a drink and cake. From what I have seen, it is a happy place. Myself and my 2 daughters and I cannot fault the home at all.

Out of 100, I would rate for me 95%.

Mum moved into Lindridge from another (considerably more expensive) care home. Her health, happiness and general interest in life has improved noticeably in the 5 months she has lived at Lindridge. It took a while for mum to settle in and for the staff to get to know her but it was worth the wait. I feel the staff at a Lindridge really care about her well-being. They all seem to get stuck in and work together at making a fun and homely environment. No managers shut in offices here. I'm also impressed by the quality and quantity of outsourced entertainment. It really is exceptional. Thank you to all the the team at Lindridge. I couldn't have hoped for better for my mum.

I cannot give Lindridge enough praise! We lost mum in April and dad went into the home in July - he went from crying every day and saying he didn't want to be here anymore to being really happy. He's made friends and because they do so much activities and entertainment dad is now loving life. The staff are so kind, friendly and caring and go out their way to make it a friendly, happy safe place to be.

My husband has been in the care of Hailsham House since June 2025. I am very impressed with the all round care and attention he receives. In addition the staff are always approachable and treat me with kindness and understanding.

My sister and I have had our mum looked after at Hailsham House Care Home for nearly 4 years and have found all the staff to be wonderful. They treated mum and ourselves with respect and kindness and went out of their way to make sure we were always welcome. We can't thank them enough for making sure mum was comfortable and well looked after. We would always recommend them.

When visiting Hailsham House in November 2024, we were very impressed with the operation of the nursing home and the staff who showed us around. They were very professional and helpful. Since my wife was admitted on December 5th 2025, her care and comfort has been everyone's priority. The team were also very kind and professional, giving me confidence that I chose Hailsham House to care for my wife.

My mum appears to be settling in well at Hailsham House (beech unit). The staff I have met are friendly, approachable, kind and caring which brings me comfort knowing that my mum is with such lovely people. The home is welcoming, clean and tidy with activities every day should the residents wish to participate. From first impressions I would highly recommend Hailsham House!

As a family we have been always welcomed, looked-after, accommodated, supported and guided by all the staff. They have been consistently positive, attentive and considerate, going above and beyond to help us to celebrate special days together and to give us privacy when needed too.

Overall, her care was sufficient for the disease she had. The room was always clean and tidy, the food quality was excellent, and the hard working staff were brilliant.

Visiting Lindridge was a pleasant revelation. What a wonderful nursing home. My sister is being cared for so well and that is such a piece of mind for her family. Accommodation is lovely and the staff are amazing, kind and considerate. Many thanks to all the staff working there.

Lovely care home who looked after my brother so well, very caring & kind.

Lindridge has looked after my father for over 2 years, and during that time, he has been looked after incredibly well. All the staff, from carers, kitchen staff, cleaners, etc, are very friendly towards him and treat him with dignity & respect.

We cannot speak highly enough of the home. We will miss our extended family.

The care my husband received was excellent and the last few days before he died the staff were so kind and thoughtful to us his family. They were always looking after his needs and we could not fault the staff.
