It is wonderful to hear that staff care and do their best and I understand that it may seem that staffing numbers are low, particularly when the buzzers are going or there are incidents. Please be assured that our staffing numbers run in line with our residents needs. I use a tool where each individual residents needs are recorded and it formulates how many staff are required for each shift and we run in line with that. In addition, we have two senior staff on ever shift, the deputy manager, a business support manager and myself and we are all able to offer assistance and support to care staff as and when required and we do this. This is such lovely feedback to receive, thank you. So much effort has been made in improving the aesthetic appearance of Silver Birches over the past few months, and we are so pleased that our customers and their families are enjoying the benefits this affords. The sentiment that we work in our customer's homes is so poignant to us and drives us to ensure that our residents have a home-from-home experience during their stay at Silver Birches. Our own activities co-ordinator is the artist responsible for the décor on the first floor, and she has certainly done an exemplary job in creating some wonderful scenes for our customers to enjoy. I shall ensure that this positive feedback is shared with the whole team. Thank you.
