Cameron House is extremely well managed throughout. From the staff, food choice and the overall appearance of inside the building and also the garden's outside. It gives me peace of mind to know that my mum is in very experienced hands and is safe and secure.
Thank you for your kind words I will pass this review onto our team.
Very caring home, staff friendly and helpful.
My father has been a resident in Cameron House for the past year. He is very happy there and has a good rapport with the staff. Additional staff would be welcome but obviously not cost effective from a business point of view.
Cameron House is a lovely care home beautifully furnished, light, bright and welcoming. The manager is absolutely brilliant and only too happy to sort out any problems or queries, all the carers do their job well with patience and understanding. The food is excellent and plentiful. I could not wish for a better place for my husband.
Helpful, friendly staff, superb care, very clean.
Thank you for your positive comments they will be passed on to the team.
The staff, management, everyone is so caring, helpful, patient and are just brilliant.
Whilst mums dementia will not improve her overall health and wellbeing has enormously. Thank you so much
Cameron House came highly recommended by family, friends and Gp's. My mum gets looked after very well by staff, it's very comforting to know that my mum is safe and happy. Home is very clean food is excellent. I cannot help to say that Cameron House is just simply the best and it ticks all the needs that my mother needs. I am very happy with everything.
I have found the manager of this home to be very informative and very helpful. My mother had problems settling in but was helped on every level to adjust to her new life in a care home. We were able to place a lot of her own belongings in her room which made things familiar for her which helped her settle.
On behalf of our team, I would like to thank you for your lovely reviews.
Brother settled in well but doesn't join in activities but that's just the way he is. Cleanliness absolutely excellent, food choices are very good and cooked well. Staff friendly and level of care excellent. The expense of this and mainly all care homes is unfair, especially to people who own their own houses as people who don't get the same care! For free! Or at Government expense! My brother was a rear-gunner war hero, helped Great Britain win the war, was so brave and worked hard but is penalised, he deserves to be looked after at this high standard without losing his home.
Mum has been a resident at Cameron House for 18 months and is in a reassuring and caring environment. Many of the staff have worked together for a long time and create a great atmosphere for all who come to stay or visit. This is not a care home, it is a home that cares.
My mother is very happy at Cameron House, she enjoys the entertainment and company of the staff and residents. She is very well looked after and the food is exceptionally good. Her room is always clean and tidy. Her washing is always lovely and clean. I am so happy and don't need to worry about her at all.
The staff at Cameron House are hard working, polite , caring, friendly and good in their positions. Management and office staff also excellent. Full Marks.
