I have had contact with The Laleham over a number of years and always found the staff to be very helpful, caring and considerate. The staff are always welcoming when I arrive and always happy to consider any suggestions I make. They will always answer any questions I have. As I do not live locally...
I have had contact with The Laleham over a number of years and always found the staff to be very helpful, caring and considerate. The staff are always welcoming when I arrive and always happy to consider any suggestions I make. They will always answer any questions I have. As I do not live locally it is good to know that my relative is in a safe environment with trustworthy staff. It has always been my relative's first choice of care home.

Overall Experience
The staff, all of them, are so kind, so friendly, so supportive. I am delighted my Mum is in their care. Her room is spacious and overlooks the sea front with lovely views. It is not the Hilton, but the care is 110% and that is by far the most important thing.
