Mum has been here for three years. The staff have always made her feel secure and loved. Whenever we visited she was clean and fresh. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we had peace of mind that Mum was getting all the care and support that her condition needed. In the last few months of her life,
we have been able to come and go whenever we needed. The end-of-life care the girls provided was wonderful. Thank you for all you have done. Can't speak highly enough.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the residents are well cared for. Northfield House is always very clean and is a lovely environment for the residents to be in. It has a very homely feel.

Thank you all at Northfield House for the excellent care shown towards my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is well managed, spotlessly clean and Covid safe. The staff are always polite and friendly. A well-run, family business offering care and kindness to all its residents and visitors.

I am delighted to commend Northfield House for its exceptional level of care. My mother, a resident for over two years, was treated by her carers with courtesy, tenderness and a love that was particularly apparent during her bedridden three months of end-of-life care. The home is very welcoming to visitors,
and it was easy to create close and mutually beneficial relationships with the staff. Standards of cleanliness and protection are very high.

My brother and I have been most impressed (and relieved) at how welcoming and kind has been the care shown to our mother, on this, her first personal experience of life as a care home resident. As a recent stroke sufferer, she was understandably bewildered and distressed at first, but she improved day

My mum's care has always been of a high standard. Staff at Northfield are always accommodating and the respect and dignity they afford to mum and her visitors is second to none. Mum is treated empathetically and on an individual needs care package.

We have been visiting my father-in-law for the past few months and we have been very impressed by the care and attention given to him. After having lived alone for a number of years and looking after himself, he seems to have settled in very nicely and his general wellbeing has noticeably improved.

I am extremely happy with the care my husband has received. The staff have gone the extra mile to assist with FaceTime and visits during Covid restrictions. I have been kept informed of any changes in his health. Knowing that he is being cared for by friendly, compassionate carers is very reassuring

Mum has been a resident for four years, in the last two years she has been bedbound due to deterioration of Alzheimer's.
Staff are really welcoming and I am kept up to date with any changes.
Due to Covid-19, I have not been able to visit as much as I like but staff are always available to video call.
