The care home is bright, clean and welcoming. There are always staff around dealing with residents in their rooms or the lounge/dining room, they too are always welcoming and helpful to visitors and able to address any issues you may have. The grounds are immaculate through all seasons. A recent addition
is a safe garden area where residents can wander without the worry of getting lost. The whole place exudes calm, peacefulness and safety.

My husband had some short stays in Cullum Welch Court before he came here for the last 7 months of his life. He died on June 28 2015. During that time the palliative care he received was marvellous. I never had cause to worry for him or about the care he was given. As a volunteer visitor, I can continue
to see this care from this perspective.
