My Mum is a resident of Vicarage Farm Care Home and is in the very late stages of Altzeimers. She was diagnosed almost 20 years ago. The home has cared for my mum every step of the way, nursing her back to life on two separate occasions when she had pneumonia. My mum has gone through various...
My Mum is a resident of Vicarage Farm Care Home and is in the very late stages of Altzeimers. She was diagnosed almost 20 years ago. The home has cared for my mum every step of the way, nursing her back to life on two separate occasions when she had pneumonia. My mum has gone through various difficult stages and each stage has been handled very carefully, taking into account my mums feelings every time and have kept me fully informed and supported me when I have needed it. The home is very clean, never smells of anything other than flowers. My mum always looks lovely, she has clean clothes every day, her nails are painted and her hair is done. When my mum lived with me I visited many care homes for respite use. None of them has come close to this little gem of a home I found. The managers and supporting staff always have time to discuss and have an open door policy. If you're looking for a safe place to put a loved one, look no further than Vicarage Farm Care Home. You will be amazed.
