Care is excellent. Carers very kind and caring. Nursing excellent they are looking after his medical needs so well especially when he contracted pneumonia this month. Happy to listen and act is possible on all concerns. Very happy with all facilities, clean rooms and excellent food.

My wife has been at Westcott House for over 2 years and I can say that I am very happy with the care that she is receiving. The manager is very supportive and always ready to help.

My partner has been resident for over 3 months and what I've seen at Westcott House is superb the home is well maintained , food, room's, facilities are excellent. I myself is made to be very welcomed, and treat me as one of them, also they are very family orientated. I couldn't ask for my partner to
be in a better place. And would like to give one big thank you to staff who are brilliant. Thank you Westcott House.

Dad arrived at Westcott House in July 2025 after a lengthy stay in hospital. When he arrived he was very poorly, barely able to walk and very confused. He was made to feel very welcome by all staff and after a short period of time he really picked up. He gained weight, began to walk unaided and expressed
his happiness at being in a sociable and mentally stimulated environment. I visit dad at different times of the day and he is normally involved in some sort of activity! I am always made to feel very welcome and any questions that I may have are always answered. I feel that Westcott House was the best thing to happen to dad. I am so relaxed knowing that he is looked after and cared for.

Westcott House nursing home is a very special place. I feel everyone works towards the same aim, the care and respect of each resident. Nothing is too much trouble. Friends and family are treated as part of the Westcott family, always addressed by name and made to feel very welcome. I have great admiration
for the staff, caring is a job that needs dedication and a love for humanity.

The staff are all extremely kind and hard working, and it feels very reassuring for my dad to be in their care. The home is a huge improvement since the new management took over.

Mum has been a resident of Westcott House for just over 7 months now. The staff are lovely; many of whom have worked there for a very long time and there is always a happy smile and a warm welcome. Since Mum has been there, she has put on some weight when we were struggling to get her to eat properly
previously so she is extremely healthy and content now. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged and interested and often when I visit, I get involved too which I really enjoy. This home is run very well and you never get the impression that staff don't want to be there but they are passionate about their roles looking after our relatives. I feel confident that Mum is receiving the very best care.

My Mother in Law has been at Westcott House for just over 12 months. I always find her to be well cared for and treated with dignity and respect, even though she can be difficult at time. The staff are always cheerful and willing to assist in any way possible. The Home has been refurbished and it
feels like home. Mum likes the food and particularly the cakes.
