Mum has been a resident of Westcott House for just over 7 months now. The staff are lovely; many of whom have worked there for a very long time and there is always a happy smile and a warm welcome. Since Mum has been there, she has put on some weight when we were struggling to get her to eat...
Mum has been a resident of Westcott House for just over 7 months now. The staff are lovely; many of whom have worked there for a very long time and there is always a happy smile and a warm welcome. Since Mum has been there, she has put on some weight when we were struggling to get her to eat properly previously so she is extremely healthy and content now. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged and interested and often when I visit, I get involved too which I really enjoy. This home is run very well and you never get the impression that staff don't want to be there but they are passionate about their roles looking after our relatives. I feel confident that Mum is receiving the very best care.

My Mother in Law has been at Westcott House for just over 12 months. I always find her to be well cared for and treated with dignity and respect, even though she can be difficult at time. The staff are always cheerful and willing to assist in any way possible. The Home has been refurbished and it feels like home. Mum likes the food and particularly the cakes.
