We have already highlighted the room finish in our refurbishment plan. We will speak to the management to expedite the implementation of the refurbishment as soon as possible. We also have contractors scheduled to repair and replace the lift in the reception area inherited from the building. Additionally, Oakdale Care has access to a second lift, which is fully functional.
