Cannot complain. The staff are great, they try and help the best they can. It would be nice if mum had a room with a toilet - that all she keeps asking for.

Horrible from day 1 of my sisters stay. Not helpful staff underfed, and left to her own devices. Pet name was given and used. Always strong odour of urine and patio now has private homes overlooking it so not private at all. Residents just left on the bed no activities ever done with my sister who...
Horrible from day 1 of my sisters stay. Not helpful staff underfed, and left to her own devices. Pet name was given and used. Always strong odour of urine and patio now has private homes overlooking it so not private at all. Residents just left on the bed no activities ever done with my sister who is very abled. Complained before to staff and just got looked at and talked about. Horrendous food, my two year old eats more. Sisters room freezing as radiator turned down very low not just now, every visit

Overall Experience
Seconded from Pinderfields Hospital for approximately 5 weeks. As a short time resident I have been well treated. Amenities in the home are good and staff do their best with very tight schedules to keep.

Nice place, except when there is no salt on the table, or I ask for cheese and pickle sandwiches and only get cheese. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful, except those that don't knock on your door they just walk in! I feel the staff should be paid more.
