My mother is well cared for here. Any concerns that our family raises are listened to and acted on. The night staff are not as consistent or professional as the day staff which is a shame as it reflects on the scores below.
Apart from that, we are very pleased.

In regards the team during the night, the home manager is looking into the issue and speaking with them to make sure that the high levels of care we provide at the home are in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I am very happy with the care my mother is getting at Addington Heights. The staff are very good with my mum and you can see they all like with her. The activities staff are fantastic with her.
