My wife and I are very happy with the care she has received since she has been in Coundon Manor.
She has been very well cared for by nurses and carers over a very long period and all her needs have been very good.
Her room is very clean and she likes the informed and friendly chats she...

Her room is very clean and she likes the informed and friendly chats she gets.
Her catering needs are very good and she likes most of her meals. On the whole, we are very happy with her care.

Overall Experience
The care and patience the staff demonstrates is very reassuring. When there are challenges that need to be dealt with the communication to me and my sister for mum is outstanding. A team that works together to make mum feel at home. Without their support, this journey with mum would be unbearable....

Overall Experience
Overall, we are very happy with the care given to my husband, The standard of food is good and plentiful. He is usually well dressed and clean. there are plenty of carers on duty and most are happy to help if needed and are good at treating my husband with care and dignity.
