My sister was admitted to Brampton Lodge in 2025 and was made to feel at home. The staff work fantastic as my sister was a difficult person. Only reason she was moved to another home was because of her dementia

My mum is very particular & after visiting many establishments she finally decided Brampton Lodge was the place for her. She has settled in well now, (a bit rocky at the start) but we are very happy with how things are progressing. Staff are very welcoming and caring. Her room is delightful looking out into the garden which she particularly enjoys. Catering is good & varied - I recommend the homemade veg soup from Mother's Day menu! Any concerns are addressed & dealt with immediately.

Mum has been at Brampton for just over a year, and has settled well. the carers have taken time to get to know Mum and can encourage her to interact when she is reluctant and also assister her with her personal care with dignity and respect.

My mother has been a resident of Brampton Lodge for the last four years. She has always been very well looked after by all the staff. She resides in a beautiful room overlooking the garden on the first floor. I too, cannot speak highly enough of the care staff who work extremely hard to ensure that Mum is looked after.

Brampton is an absolute amazing Care Home, all the staff are brilliant and the management are brilliant as well, this is a lovely home and everyone treats each and everyone as family. Highly recommended.

I have been very impressed by the way Brampton Lodge is run. The carers are all angels. Very patient and helpful, always with a smile. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for short term or long term care.

Whenever I visit at any time I am always welcome. My mother says how happy she is being cared for at Brampton Lodge. The staff are very caring. The home gives the guests plenty of activities to keep their brains active.

We chose Brampton Lodge as it was a very comfortable and convivial home with a lovely garden, friendly staff and lots of activities for residents. It has not disappointed in any way. The staff are amazing - very kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, with access to the gardens. There is lots to do, including a wonderful summer garden party for residents and their families. Food is great, and there is always a choice. My mother frequently refers to Brampton as a hotel!

The resident moved from a nursing home to Brampton Lodge as it was smaller and more user-friendly. Although the resident has only been there for a short time, we have been very pleased with the care and attention and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. As the home is smaller than before, it is much more like a home from home with the bonus of a beautifully kept garden.

I find it a lovely place to live, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Brampton Lodge to anyone.

I feel I have made a home here and I am very happy. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The care staff are kind and nothing is too much trouble for the manager.
