We are extremely grateful to work closely with lovely staff at Woodbine with multiple clients. Over the years they have supported our clients with both respite and permanent placements. Emma and the team work so hard to provide the best care for their residents, ensuring that Woodbine is their home,

Overall Experience

What a lovely care home. You are always greeted with a smile. The staff are incredibly polite and caring. I have been visiting the home for almost a year now since my friend/neighbour moved in, and every visit has been a pleasure. The home is always clean and there are so many activities for residents

to enjoy. The recent improvements have made the home bright, welcoming and even more comfortable.

1) Level of care and kindness of staff are exceptional. A result of their high calibre and typically long periods of employment at Woodbine. 2) MGT outstanding. 3) Recent significant refurbishment. (Pleased lift is now operational again, so mum can enjoy a full shower)

What a fantastic place all very welcoming and clean and tidy, the manager Dani is great she: very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to have there relatives to stay. All the staff are so polite and helpful and kept in very clean condition can't thank you enough

Overall Experience

My friend was admitted to Woodbine Manor on 8th October 2025. She immediately captivated the hearts of the staff by her wonderful personality. That night she suddenly deteriorated and died on 12th October. She was expertly and lovingly cared for by the staff and so were we her friends. She could not

have been in a better place for the last days of her life. The staff are all loving and kind and the home bright and cheerful. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

Overall Experience

The staff at Woodbine Manor are very professional approachable and also show people they have empathy. They are caring helpful and offer staff things before the request could be made. I feel that Woodbine Manor is a caring place and if I needed to I would have my relatives working there.

Overall Experience

I have been visiting Woodbine Manor on a weekly basis for a few years now, currently seeing two residents, giving them Holy Communion. I have always found the staff very welcoming and considerate, both to myself as well as with the residents under their care. I generally see the residents in a communal

area, but if I have seen them in their room, they have been fine and settled in their surroundings.

Overall Experience

Excellent care home. All the staff are wonderful with the residents, lots of hugs included. Staff are caring and always have smiles on their faces. The manager is lovely and likes to also interact with the residents, helping at meal and refreshment times and coming up with ideas to keep the residents

occupied. Mum is very happy there and always commenting how nice staff are.

Overall Experience

Woodbine Manor Care Home looked after both my parents during their final days when they were invariably treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The staff were ever-present, caring, professional and endlessly patient. As a family, we were offered kindness and support, along with many cups of tea!

Our parents were treated with love and concern for their physical, mental and emotional states. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make the home comfortable and welcoming for the residents, I even saw one member of staff give up her time off to make the gardens beautiful prior to an afternoon tea for the residents. We were also very impressed by the attention to every tiny detail; the quality of their handovers to the next shift of staff is amazing, we always felt that all the staff were very aware of every facet of our parents' care. We offer thanks and highly recommend Woodbine for giving our parents such a positive experience of loving care during their final days.

Overall Experience

As a professional, Woodbine Manor have looked after a number of my clients. The staff and management go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and settled. Their communication is excellent, the environment is clean and the food is good - many of them have put on much needed weight! The activities

are entertaining and the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Highly recommend Woodbine.

Excellent home with caring staff. Always clean and the rooms are bright and welcoming. Food is excellent with a varied menu. The gardens are beautiful and there are numerous activities for the residents. Visitors are always welcome.

Overall Experience

Mum has been a resident at Woodbine for about 12 months, moving her into care was the hardest decision. I picked Woodbine as I had heard positive things about the care provided there and I am so glad that I did.
The team are fantastic, always cheerful, approachable, and kind and caring in their interactions

with residents. There is always a very calm, friendly family-type feel to the home, and laughter, lots of laughter! The staff are prompt in discussing any health concerns and because they know the residents so well are able to quickly spot if anything is off the baseline. Mum always mentions how kind and lovely the staff are and I can see, just by looking at her, how content she is there and how well looked after she is. The variety and frequency of the activities on offer is fantastic, and Mum participates with gusto! It is so lovely to see her laughing and enjoying herself. I would highly recommend Woodbine, it is a gem of a home with wonderful staff who provide excellent care.

My aunt moved into Woodbine Manor after spending four weeks in the hospital where she refused to get out of bed, as a result, she is no longer able to walk. The care and love she has received from everyone at Woodbine Manor has been wonderful, even though her dementia has now reduced her to being unpleasant

and offensive towards residents and staff from time to time.
