We couldn't recommend Court Lodge highly enough. My mum has stayed at Court Lodge for two weeks of respite care each year for the past four years, and we have always been incredibly happy with the care and support she receives.

The staff are absolutely amazing - kind, caring, patient and respectful. What really stands out is how well they get to know each individual and tailor their approach to their personality, character and specific needs. Mum is treated as an individual, with genuine warmth and compassion, rather than simply being another resident.

Knowing that she is in such caring and capable hands gives our family great peace of mind, particularly when she is staying for respite. The team go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, welcomed and valued.

A huge thank you to everyone at Court Lodge for the wonderful care you provide. We are extremely grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Court Lodge to anyone looking for a caring, welcoming and respectful environment

I enjoy seeing plants on my patio. My daughter & I did a talk about our ice cream business - my friends enjoyed the talk & the samples of ice cream. I've been here nearly a year & have made friends & staff are so helpfull

Abbotts Barton is a lovely home for our father. We know he is well looked after here and is having excellent care and support. He thoroughly enjoys his days out and I'm very happy that he is living here. It's a wonderful place to visit with great facilities including a beautiful garden. Excellent staff and great atmosphere - well recommended

Court Lodge is a peaceful place with residents encouraged to express themselves. Generally clean and tidy, the staff work hard. I find the food quite disappointing and I know my mother doesn't like it. When she first moved in it seemed much better. Rebecca does a great job and is always a bright presence.

My mother-in-law has been in respite for a several months at Court Lodge and is extremely very well looked after while still being independent . She is treated with kindness by all the staff. She can choose from the great selection of activities that she wants to get involved with. Meal times are always a great opportunity for her to chat with the other residents and enjoy the wonderful food. Knowing she is in a safe and supportive environment has been so reassuring and gives family members peace of mind.

All the staff from the cleaners to the manager have been very supportive and although I need only a little help, they are always around when I need them, they recognise that I am usually a very independent person, they always know my name and there is always a smile to accompany this.

A great weight was taken off us. Thank you all.

I arrived at Court Lodge after spending 2 days in hospital for a hip replacement operation. I was met by a nurse who took me to my room, helping me to settle in. I have spent most of my time doing my exercises, enjoying the lovely food and resting on my bed as instructed by my consultant. I have been aware of the good range of activities but not been able to enjoy many of them. I am now at the end of my 2 weeks of respite and will go home to be met by my daughter & son in law.

A happy place with a good 'vibe'. My mother is very pleased to be here, appreciating all the support, help and friendship.

Staff are fantastic & everyone is made to feel at home at Belmore Lodge including family members. I am so impressed with howaccomodating Belmore have been to keep Dad as independent as possible at all times. I am so pleased Dad is a resident at Belmore, thank you to everyone for all their care x

Our dad Giuseppe has been cared for at Linden House for the past year, he sadly passed away on this past Tuesday.

The WHOLE team have been amazing, thier care and compassion shines through. Giuseppe was settled very quickly into home life, the team ensured we were updated of any changes in his mental or physical health in real time. They understood how hard it was for the family to move dad out of the family home and supported us throughout the transition.

Dad always looked content and well cared for, the team respected his boundaries, and didnt force activities on him, they adjusted his diet to accomodate his likes and dislikes, and on his birthday learnt how to say happy birthday in italian, this means so much more than they could know.

I cannot possibly name everyone, but this is for everyone at Linden house....THANK YOU.

Especially, Subhi and Rosemary who provided such amazing support towards the end of his fabulous and well lived life.

I have received great care and attention throughout my stay.

I cannot fault the way my husband has been treated at Linden House. Every member of staff has been kind, caring, efficient and professional. They all made an effort to learn our names and even find drawing equipment for our 3 year old granddaughter. I recommend Linden House very highly.

My uncle was a resident at Belmore Lodge for just over a year. We cannot fault the care that he received during this time. The staff always looked after him really well and always informed us of any issues.Always made welcome when you visited and somebody available to answer any concerns.

Father has been a resident for just over a year and all staff worked hard to make him happy. He enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The red shirts made every effort to include him in activities and walks in the garden. His lack of sight and hearing made this difficult. I cannot fault the care that he receives even now he is on end of life care. He and his room are always clean.
