We are grateful to the wonderful team at Court Lodge. My mum has been living there for over six months now, and knowing she is in a caring and responsive home, brings us immense comfort. Court Lodge provides a perfect balance for a truly warm, homely, and supportive atmosphere. Mum loves the variety on the comprehensive menu, and there is always a fantastic selection of events and activities to enjoy.

Throughout our experience at Linden House, we felt the level of care was well above normal. We expected high standards and we were not let down. The whole team provided my Father with the best care possible.

It is clear that Mum is very content at St Catherine's and certainly well looked after, always in clean clothes and well presented. The staff are attentive and friendly, they all know everyone by name! We have enjoyed being able to take Mum into the beautiful gardens during the long summer, she loved her garden at home. I would certainly recommend St Catherines View.

The team in St Catherine's have been very patient and kind helping my mum settle into residency. It was always going to be a tough transition - they demonstrated their experience in working through her understandable initial anxiety - their steadfast supportive structuring of the days, their care and consistency has made all the difference. I am most grateful and I am now looking forward to seeing mum settle down into the regular beat of day to day life in "the View"

My parents were warmly welcomed when they moved into Woodpeckers in July. Mum thoroughly enjoyed the extensive range of craft activities and they both loved the trips out in the minibus. Dad attends exercise classes which are really helping him and a highlight of the week is definitely Sunday singing. During my mum's recent illness the staff have gone above and beyond to support my father and our family. Woodpeckers offers a wonderful caring community of which we are privileged to be a part.

Both of my parents moved in July and the management & staff have made them feel part of the woodpeckers family through celebrations & events. The companionship (activities) staff are excellent. The events very well organised especially the BBQ & mum & dads 65th wedding anniversary. The staff are always willing to help mum & dad. The rooms & food are excellent. Thank you woodpeckers

We are looked after very well. The staff are very very helpful and always come in with a smile. The staff never make me feel I am a bother I like the fact that the home is not too big, and I can walk around the garden. I like that there is always something going on. The food is just like home cooking, and I like having breakfast in bed.

The care home staff looked after my father wonderfully. He was treated with respect and dignity and the care he was given was second to none. Thank you to everyone at St. Catherines View for making his stay at the home perfect and treating him with kindness and care at every step through his battle with alzheimers. Thank you

My husband Ian was admitted to Belmore Lodge on 16 September after a month in hospital. He was seriously ill after a stroke and sadly he died on 27 September, so was only there for a short time. However I found all the staff, both admin and nursing, extremely friendly, helpful and they cared and looked after Ian so well. He died peacefully there on a Sunday evening. I am very grateful that his last few days were spent there. They have continued to be in touch with great sympathy. I appreciate this so much.

The interior and exterior of the home are both very attractive - a lovely garden. Spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent care for my husband and exceptional care when he was dying. He was surrounded by love both from family and carers. He had constant attention and pain relief. He had a comfortable adjustable bed. The environment was so soothing with soft music, calm video footage, a view of the garden, even an essential oil diffuser. The family stayed with him the whole day and provided with support, care, and meals. During his stay, his cat was a welcome visitor!

Linden House are very much known for being a community orientated home for older people living with dementia. On the days I am in linden House those coming into the 'care home' are extremely encouraging and are clearly focused on the residents and visitors having an enjoyable and safe time. The companions and volunteers are an incredible team who treat the residents with the utmost care and dignity. I consider it an absolute privilege to volunteer. The activities are chosen carefully focusing on cognition and enjoyment.

My mother entered Linden House having had a terrible experience in her previous home. Almost immediately mum was helped with her symptoms and the transformation in her health and mental ability was staggering. Linden House has given us, her family, the reassurance that mum is safe and well cared for which has made our lives more peaceful. Thank you so much for giving us parts of our mum back.

My Sister Marion is very happy living there. We are very happy with the way she is being looked after.

My father spent 18 months in Belmore Lodge before his passing, he was exceptionally well cared for by lovely attentive staff. It has a very homely, friendly atmosphere which makes it a pleasure to visit. I thoroughly recommend Belmore Lodge.

Court Lodge is a homely, welcoming and friendly care home. My mother was only there for a couple of months at the end of her life, but she was extremely well cared for. Her well-being and dignity were very important to the staff. They took time to discover her likes and dislikes and tried to accommodate them whenever possible. Court Lodge has a lovely garden and my mother found sitting beside the pond and water fountain very peaceful. The clinical staff always kept me informed when her state of health changed, and they appeared to have a very good relationship with the local GP surgery. I can't fault the care and consideration given to my mother, and to me, and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Court Lodge to anyone looking for care for a friend or relative.

I enjoy seeing plants on my patio. My daughter & I did a talk about our ice cream business - my friends enjoyed the talk & the samples of ice cream. I've been here nearly a year & have made friends & staff are so helpfull

Abbotts Barton is a lovely home for our father. We know he is well looked after here and is having excellent care and support. He thoroughly enjoys his days out and I'm very happy that he is living here. It's a wonderful place to visit with great facilities including a beautiful garden. Thank you for looking after our father!
