Excellent care & kind staff. Everyone is helpful.

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Home from home. It is comforting to know that Marie is being so well looked after and all the staff understand her up days and down days. I am kept well informed on Marie's health and medication which I find comforting as well.

Positive. from first introductions Manager, care staff, nursing staff, cleaning staff. All treated with respect by manager. :: a strong indication that in general all staff would treat all patients with respect. I have found this to be true. Care staff and nursing staff continually do their utmost to meet the needs of my husband while treating him with the dignity he deserves. They listen and make time for him. Including the cleaner - Thankyou bed can be a lonely place.

Mum was at Newstone House for 3 1/2 years, coming initially for respite care. We were all so very impressed with her care there that we decided it was the best place for Mum to live out her last years in comfort and safety. All the staff are extremely kind and go the extra mile to make sure the residents and the environment are safe, clean and engaging. Most of all, they make every effort to make sure the residents are happy.

We were so impressed with the level of care given to our Dad during his respite/end of life care at Brook View, West Moors. There was a very homely and relaxed atmosphere coupled with skilled, caring and compassionate staff in all departments from management, carers, nurses, housekeeping, reception, maintenance, gardener and restaurant. Dad was always treated with respect and dignity, he enjoyed the beautiful garden and loved visiting the cafe and garden room. We were also treated as part of the Brook View family and were well supported. We can highly recommend without reservation

Nan has been at Avon Reach for 8 weeks, the staff are friendly, proffessional and supportive. We have been really impressed that everyone has taken the time to get to know nan's likes and dislikes. The activities team are very inclusive and encouraging at getting nan involved in activities. Nan has had a day trip organised to the isle of wight after sharing series from her past.

He has improved dramatically since moving in to Avon Cliff, much of which is due to the care he has received from the wonderful team who work there.

My father, Ken, will be 100 years old in December and Emma and Elena helped us to plan a family celebration that we will hold in Abbey View. They were both very helpful (as usual!) And made various suggestions regarding the room, food, refreshments and things. As usual at Abbey View, everything is very easy to organise, and is stress-free

Mum moved into Whitecliff in June. I can't speak highly enough about the care + support she's received. The entire team have worked to get her settled in that time and the difference it has made to Mum's wellbeing is a great thing to see. If you'd told me 3 months ago she'd be enjoying days out by the coast, given she'd not left her home in 12 months, I would never have believed it! I'm hugely grateful for + appreciative of the team

Staff communication very good nothing was too much trouble . A wonderful place.

The home is caring, welcoming and friendly. Everyone, from those cleaning, doing laundry, providing activities, kitchen staff, carers, admin staff, chefs is respectful and cannot do too much for us all. The care, not just for the resident, but also for the family and any other visitors, is exceptional I feel.

Before coming to Fernhill my Mother was a frail frightened old lady with dementia. When she moved into Fernhill all the staff have been amazing. They are caring, kind and warm whilst still being professional. My Mum is no longer a frightened frail old lady. She is happy, well fed and well cared for and we can truly say Fernhill is her home not just somewhere she is staying. I cannot fault Fernhill and appreciate all that the Staff do.

They have many activities and outings, plus lovely gardens to walk around, with many sitting areas.

My elderly mother has been a resident at Canford Chase for the past 5 months and has settled in well. She has a number of medical and psychiatric needs and all have been well taken care of at Canford Chase.

All of the staff (nurses, care assistants, catering staff, support, activities and admin team members) have been wonderful. They are very diligent and caring and go out of their way to provide excellent care for residents.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of care home for my Mum!

During my stay I was made to feel very welcome & looked after very well. The staff were helpful & friendly. Food was excellent & my clothes were laundered very well & returned quickly. Looking forward to another break there in December.

What a lovely place Amberwood in Ferndown is. From the moment you walk through the front door you feel part of their Family. Although my Uncle is not over sociable he does enjoy the trips out especially if theres a pub involved! He has always enjoyed the food and the choice provided. He is happy with the care he receives and has no complaint of any member of staff. He doesnt join in the activities on offer but it always sounds like fun when we pass the day room.

This home has been excellent in every way. The care is constant, with the staff always freindley, all with so much patience.

The staff are always friendly & polite. I feel that Mum is being well cared for at Canford Chase. She becomes muddled and the staff calm her with kindness + professionalism.
