I was impressed with the genuine caring approach of every member of the Castle View staff, from the housekeeping team up to the Clinical Lead and management. All the team took time to chat and engage with Mother, responding promptly to calls for assistance. The care staff developed a friendly banter with her, so she never felt alone and always felt safe and cared for. When she suffered an infection, the medical team provided antibiotics that later delivered a pain-free, peaceful passing.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt review. We're so sorry for your loss; we feel privileged to have cared for your mother at Castle View and to know she felt content, safe, and cared for, and enjoyed the activities. Your kind words about the team mean so much and will be shared with them all.
