My mum has been at Brook View for 4 months. Her care has been excellent. The manager leads a very professional and thoughtful staff. Everyone is friendly to me and my mum. All the staff are caring and kind - this goes from the kitchen, front desk, housekeeping, carers and nurses. There are always enough staff on duty to ensure every resident has attention and care as soon as it's needed. I am so happy we chose Brook View - I know my mum is safe and well looked after.

My mum is treated with respect and dignity, they've taken the time to learn her tells and what she enjoys despite her no longer being able to speak. The main lounge and residents rooms are well maintained.

Avon Cliff is a wonderful place! It's been a god send for us to know that mum is being so well looked after since coming out of hospital. All the staff here are amazing. They're friendly and extremely competent at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is top hotel standard. The beautiful gardens are a lovely place to sit or stroll around. Plentiful activities makes socialising for the residents really enjoyable. Perfect home from home.

This is not a carehome but a five star hotel,my friend who celebrated her 99th birthday this weekend has been in this hotel for a year now and reluctantly agreed to try respite but now would not want to be anywhere else.She feels safe and definitely looked after .from entering the reception you are always greeted my Sonja or Camilla not just Hello but how are you. Kerry the Manager always door open to listen to and straight away on a problem. Maddie Nici,Sarah Jill,Gemma the list goes on for all their help around the home. I'm so happy for my friend as she was very independent and found this transition hard didn't want to join in the activities but now secretly think she would like me to leave as to join in lol The Home is scrupulously clean the food is amazing and will cater for the residents needs. They are always doing activities and trips on the mini bus and also little touches of informing the residents with their weekly newsletter of all the events going on.

I was extremely well looked after during my stay, all staff were very friendly and most helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed all outings, especially the boat trip around Poole harbour. The food was excellent with plenty of variation.

Amazing staff, beautiful place. My granny is very happy here. Very welcoming to all friends and family to visit. Lovely garden and communal area for all residents to socialise and join in with activities. Food is amazing!!

From arrival very welcoming, professional & helpful... to a person... and although Hazel passed away (29/6/26) after only 2 weeks she was very well cared for... and felt 'safe'. Thank you.

Sadly, Mum would not be able to partake in the plethora of activities as she declined very quickly. This sounds and, of course, IS sad but she was SAFE. She was CARED FOR. She was HAPPY. Thank you Fernhill for everything. 10/10

My mum has been in this care home for about 6 weeks now and I can not fault the staff , the high standard of care and the quality of life mum has had in this home , she is so happy here , I would highly recommend this care home .

Altogether a relaxing and healing experience thoroughly recommend the experience to all who require it.

I am at brook view for respite - it is my first experience of a care home and arrived full of trepidation, i needn't have worried. Morale of the staff appears very high, lots of good humour. The catering is also very good, with good quality and plenty of choice. Overall i find it impossible to fault brook view, it is a well run home and the standard of cleanliness is very high, i would not hesitate to reside here.

All the staff were kind, attentive and worked together to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

As a daughter of a resident, I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at the care home. The staff show real kindness, compassion and professionalism in the care they provide for mum. It is reassuring when mum is happy and supported by a great team of people. I highly recommend this care home.

Castle View is a delight to visit, it's always clean and tidy with friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Have had a couple of Sunday roasts which were delicious. Lovely place to be!

The team at Abbey View put so much time and effort into activities for the residents. Yesterday was a garden party for King Charles' birthday. It was lovely afternoon, and good to be able to take my parents in law out into the garden to enjoy it. There was obviously such a lot of thought and attention to detail involved, an excellent spread, and the staff were, as always, kind, helpful, friendly and attentive. A really nice occasion.
