Satisfied with the care and excellent service from all the staff.

Lovely staff. Very caring and always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The environment is welcoming and happy. The lounge and dining areas are spotlessly clean and the food is appetising. The staff are always happy to prepare something else to encourage eating and drinking.

Very friendly team and are always available if needed. Progress updated regularly and if any issues occur are informed of this, e.g. falls from Mum. Could do with stacking chairs for visitors and can be very worn at times. Overall a friendly team of carers and facilities with good access and credit to all the team.

My brother is happy and settled at the care home. He is well looked after and supported by the caring staff. He enjoys his food and most of the activities on offer.

The staff are friendly and treat our mum with respect at all times. She is well cared for and understood. It is a wonderful homely place to visit & we feel supported at a sometimes sensitive time.

My mum has been at the home for a few years now, this is good for me and her as I can relax knowing she is well looked after. The staff are fantastic and keep me informed of things.

Thank you to everyone, sadly my mother passed away 26th April with both myself & brother by her side at the care home, which she called home.

Kilburn Care Home made a challenging period so much easier for all of us, and I'm very thankful for the dedication of the whole team.

Overall, we are extremely grateful for the support that he gets in Kilburn.

My brother had been at Kilburn for nearly a year before he became End of Life. The home improved considerably during the time he was there and the communication was excellent. The staff genuinely cared about him although sometimes it seemed there were not enough of them for the type of residents they have. His wishes were acknowledged and support at the end was amazing.

The nursing care at Kilburn Care home has been exceptional for my mother. Her medical needs are complex, and the clinical team is consistently attentive, proactive, and highly professional. Communication with the family has been excellent; we are always kept in the loop regarding her health and care plan. The facility is clean, well-managed, and the staff-to-resident ratio allows for high-quality, individualised attention. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier nursing support.

My nephew as been at Kilburn care home for about 12/13 year now.I have seen Kilburn at its lows and its highs.On a few occasions I would had rather my nephew move on from Kilburn but he didn't want and its what makes him happy.After all the time he's been there his bedroom had never been decorated,well at last its finally got done and he's a happy chappy.His room is now nice,bright and fresh so he now feels like its his room.Kilburn is certainly changing,its brighter,cleaner and fresher,the new colours on the walls certainly cheer it up.The meals have improved too.The staff are lovely but not enough staff at times.The staff are helpful and pleasant.Keep it up Kilburn.Haha love Aunty Mandy x

My mother is incredibly happy staying at Kilburn Care Home, and that means everything to our family. From the moment she arrived, the staff have made her feel so welcome and truly at home. They are exceptionally patient and caring, and it's clear they genuinely look after the residents with kindness and respect. Seeing how settled and happy my mother is has been such a comfort to us. We're very grateful to the whole team at Kilburn Care Home.

Mu husband is cared for very well. He always looks clean and smart, he's settled really well, there's been lots of changes, all good. Staff are amazing at what they do carn't thank them enough.

The are staff have always been excellent, providing care and support for both my mum and me. The nursing staff keep me informed of any changes in my mums health. The home is well managed, the manager is approachable and available to discuss any concerns I may have.

My Dad spent the last 12 months+ at Brimington carehome can i say the careres were brilliant with him and us during his final hours the care was great over the last 12 months would 100% recommend if your looking for a place for your loved ones .However what we feel was very poor was the financial side as we found fees not being taken on time resulting in 2 months at once being taken at 1 time (£9000) also when my dad passed away still charged for that day and also 3 days after even though we emptied his room the day after at £150 per day which i thought was very heartless bearing in mind over the last 12 months we had paid over £55000 for his care

On every visit I'm greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. They are friendly and hardworking, engaging with residents in a kind, supportive manner regardless of the task. Chearly they understand individual residents' needs and demonstrate appropriate support through kindness and compassion. It is a pleasure to visit my friend - seeing her engaged in meaningful activities and supported by staff who genuinely care. Well done Brimington Care Home!

The Menu could do with a revamp.

My one complaint is the fact that Kilburn care home desperately needs more staff. My other complaint about Kilburn Care Home is their phone service. They seem to operate with one phone line and as an outsider the hours I've spent waiting for the phone to be answered. My father has been in the home for over 5 years now.
