My mother aged 91, has been a resident of Coxwell Hall for around 5 years and I cannot fault it. Her needs as a dementia resident are met with genuine care and compassion by the wonderful staff.

I receive regular photos via the Relish app and they all show her smiling or laughing, testament to her well being which is a great comfort knowing she is being well cared for.

The care provided is of a high standard, and the staff show genuine concern for the wellbeing of the residents. The home is welcoming, clean, and well maintained, and there is a positive atmosphere throughout. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their loved one. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent work you do every day.

I just want to add all of the staff at Coxwell are a great team from the nursing staff, the cleaning team, laundry, catering staff, and activities staff , admin , maintenance etc , thank you.

The relaxed atmosphere here is ideal for those residents needing reassurance and a welcoming environment.

The team are all very involved with the resisents and take time to cater for individual needs. The residents are treated with respect, involvement in activities is a key part of the day, fun and engagement are always a big factor.

Can't recommend COXWELL HALL and MEWS highly enough. Fantastic caring.

The help and support I have recieved settling my sister into her new home has been outstanding. All the staff are polite, considerate and always smiling. It has been a pleasure being involved with the Bridge group of properties.

I cannot praise Ashton Lodge highly enough. The care they have given my husband during his stay with them has been exceptional. The staff have all gone out of their way to make him and me feel at home and welcome. They are all very attentive and friendly and polite. The food is excellent and the rooms are very clean, light and nicely furnished with en suite toilet and washing facilities. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and I would happily recommend this home and its very pleasant and large garden with comfortable chairs and tables to relax in the summer. They have a good programme of activities and take residents on outings as well. It's a great place.

Mum was very well looked after by the team during her post falls stay. They were all very friendly, helpful and available whenever needed. The care was exemplary and we were all very grateful that it meant she was well enough to return home again.

The care given to my husband throughout his stay - especially in July was outstanding by everyone who works there.

Newlands offers an exceptionally varied daily activities timetable. Something to suit everyone, including board games and jigsaws. There is also a small bar and cafe with excellent ice cream. Home made cake is served at teatime. Friendliness and quality care are utmost in this oasis. Congratulations to all.

I had a stroke in 2018. While I was in hospital, my mother was care for Newlands where die died. Mother she and my family were happy with the care she received at the time. So when I needed care following a bad fall I also moved to Newlands, where I stayed for oer a year. Newlands cared for me very well. I moved out nearer my daughter who moved to Cirencester, as I wanted to be located close tp her. Newlands is a beautiful place.

The home is welcoming to visitors as well as residents, and it feels like people are as comfortable as they can be. There is frequent music and games, such as karaoke. The room my father has is spacious and airy with a view out onto a garden. The staff are responsive to requests and have coped well with my father's needs. It's also conveniently located such that if you're just visiting the home you don't need to get through the town, but it's equally a relatively short walk to shops and cafes.

I am, and have been extremely impressed with the care that my mum receives. She has been here for 22 months now and I am confident that she is receiving the best care around. If there is an issue it is resolved quickly and professionally. I am greeted by name and all the staff call my mum by her name.

We have been very pleased with the care and support provided by the care home. The staff are kind, caring and respectful, and they genuinely take the time to get to know the residents and understand their individual needs. The home has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and it is reassuring to know that our loved one is being well looked after. Communication with the staff has also been very good, and any questions or concerns are handled professionally and with compassion. We are very grateful to the whole team for their dedication and for the care they provide every day. We would happily recommend this care home to other families looking for a safe, supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

I could not ask for better care for my husband than that given by Coxwell Care Home. He appears to have settled in well, as shown by his constant smiles for both myself and the carers. He is treated with respect. He enjoys his food, which is very good, and eats well.

I have only praise for the staff who make this difficult job seem easy. Always bright and cheerful. The atmosphere is calm and the residents kept entertained with activities. My husband is always clean and well cared for. And I am always welcomed on my visits. I would recommend Coxwell Hall to anyone who has to make this difficult decision for their loved one.

All the staff are welcoming and friendly towards me too and I feel relaxed and confident that my husband is receiving excellent care in a safe and happy environment.
