Amazing caring staff towards family/residents.

My concerns are mainly two. My brother has lost weight during this time and the lack of ethnic meals is a contributing factor. The second concern is inadequate clothes storage. I would like the huge desk in his room be replaced with another chest of drawers for clothes.

My Aunty moved to Saville Manor in July 2025 following the closure of the carehome she had been living in for the previous few years. So it was a very emotional and a challenge for her to have to readjust moving into a new place. However, all the staff at Saville Manor were very helpful + so friendly. They made the transition as smooth as possible + everyone was so welcoming. The care + attention she receives has + is first class. All the staff are so caring + nothing is too much trouble. The admin Team are efficient + always helpful. The chef's/ catering team do a great job producing tasty meals + snacks with a good choice + variety is always given. The cleaners do a great job too + Saville Manor is always clean + tidy. My Aunty is 98 years old now + it is such a relief that she is in such a good, caring + friendly environment. The whole of the Staff show respect too + are fantastic!

We were very happy to see my sister settled in well at Saville Manor Nursing Home. She seemed a lot better than our previous visit. The staff cheer her up and care for her very well. I believe they have her best interests at heart. It's very reassuring for us as we live out of the area and cannot visit often.

My mum was admitted to Dearbourne Manor care home in June 26 and in that period I have say how organised, extremely clean, colourful and a pleasure to visit it is. But a home is only as good as the people that work there and over the months I have got to know many of the staff who are all amazing from the Care home manager, the clinical staff, the carers, the kitchen team, receptionists, and cleaners etc. Without their professional ability and caring personalities the home would not work, its a pleasure to engage with them as and when I need to. They are extremely good at their individual roles and are always honest and trueful with their views, if they need to talk to me they will make a point of explaining anything in detail and nothing is too much trouble, in a nutshell they are an amazing group of people. Credit to their employers who choose and interview the staff they have got it right. I cannot express our gratitude enough to the staff, thank you so much.

I left there knowing she was in the best place possible. Thank you

I can honestly say all staff Saville Manor have been so kind. I couldn't of asked for better care. They treated her with such kindness, dignity & patience. The home is always clean, calm. During the hardest time, the team were compassionate & supported our whole family.

The home itself felt warm & a safe place. Communication. was always clear.

Sadly she passed away at the weekend, but again the staff were brilliant with both mum & us the family. I couldn't have asked for better care. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an excellent care home

My husband has been in Oakhill Mansions for 2 months. The staff who look after him provide excellent care and kindness. When visiting him I am always reassured that Oakhill Mansions meets both our needs.

All of the staff at Dearbourne Manor are friendly, caring and approachable, which creates a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. They treat everyone with dignity and respect, providing excellent quality care. The home is extremely clean and well-maintained, with comfortable communal areas where residents can socialise. The planned activities are engaging, well-planned and varied, involving visits from animals for residents to engage with. Communication with families is good, staff and management are always willing to provide updates or dismiss any concerns. I would strongly recommend Dearbourne Manor as a safe, supportive and caring place for loved ones.

My Mother was transferred to Dearbourne Manor to be close to us following a severe stroke from which she spent 5 weeks in hospital. The care and support that was shown in her final days was absolutely outstanding, the facility was spotlessly clean at all times and the staff were truly wonderful. In what was a very difficult time they were there to support us as a family. The staff worked as a team throughout and the standards of nursing care was exceptional. Thank you so much, it will never be forgotten

My mum has been at Dearbourne since January 2026. She has settled in very well.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful. Carers, nurses, cleaners, receptionists, maintenance staff, hairdresser, clinical lead and manager are all excellent. As well as being competent, they have all been so caring and have supported mum so well. We are very grateful to all of them!

Food is great. There are generally a couple of menu choices for each meal, as well as the possibility of ordering from a set menu, if neither option appeals.

The building is very new, well maintained, and kept very clean. The lounges on each floor are lovely. Bedrooms are large and well furnished - the only problem is that mum's room can get hot, so we are looking at ways to manage that. There's a large smart tv. Plenty of free parking. Nice gardens. And a cinema room!

Mum hasn't joined any activities, as she gets a lot of visitors. But from what I've seen, there's plenty going on.

Overall, Dearbourne is a great home!

Most importantly, despite things to be mentioned, Dearbourne Manor has been exceptionally good for my mother; she would not want to leave or be anywhere else. As I am not resident here, my views are based entirely on visits and feedback from Violetta. Basically only one negative I constantly receive is about the food. Not really about the quantity or quality but rather the lack of nice vegetables and sauce and the repetition of some types (e.g. coleslaw with everything). Some disappointed with external days out (great visits but lack of). However she adores the manager and all of the staff. Has no issues.

For two years my darling husband has been truly cared for in Dearbourne Manor. The staff work as a team giving such excellent care, always I feel confident my husband's needs are met. The reassurance that not only high standards of nursing care are met but he is treated as an individual, respected, giving us confidence in his surroundings. 'All is well'. A big thank you to absolutely all the staff.
