well. We decided to take the room and brought our friend to stay. All the staff were very helpful and made our friend and us feel very welcome. Our friend was settled in and as she hadn't eaten was offered something to eat and drink. We were also offered drinks as we had been busy most of the day and not had chance to have a drink we accepted. It was obvious that the staff focus on the resident, her needs and comfort were addressed immediately. As our friend needs to gain her strength and generally improve her well-being. We feel confident this will be achieved at Russell Green. Person centred care is really good to see in this care home.

my mother and our family with such kindness respect and sensitivity - we were extremely fortunate to find ourselves at St. Paul's. The staff always had time to talk and despite being clearly busy there was always a chuckle to be had or time for a story to be told. Additionally advice and liaison with other services was efficient professional and always appropriate. There is genuinely a family feel here, the place oozes warmth and calm. Our grateful thanks go to the manager, care staff, nursing staff, house keepers and the chef's team - you should be so proud of what you do!

After the initial settling in, the difference in her well-being is remarkable. She is up and dressed and engages with other residents, regular medication and most of all company and good food. and spent the week with her. During this time the home organised a move into a larger room in order to accommodate a hospital bed to make it easier to administer even better care. I cannot fault the care and dedication my aunt is receiving, every effort is made to ensure her comfort. The staff are extremely dedicated, kind, and caring, they show such great respect to their residents. Over the last four years, my sister and I have had to place our mother and uncle in residential homes, we both agree that Russell Green far surpasses all other homes we have experienced. They work as a closely knit team, this makes such a difference to the high level of care delivered.

Her room was well prepared in advance awaiting her arrival.
The home has a lovely fresh smell and nicely decorated, it's clean and bright.
Staff are happy, kind, patient and extremely helpful.
The cook is dedicated in the way she presents her meals offering an alternative meal if preferred.
All areas l've seen are very clean neat and tidy a credit to the cleaning staff and carers.
I met with the deputy manager the following day who sat with us as we had questions and then a little later she came into Mum's room to ask more personal details regarding Mum's wellbeing.

Her room is clean and bright, with dual aspects, new curtains, carpets and decoration. She has an en-suite toilet and sink. Visits are welcome in the lovely garden or her room, but not in the lounge due to covid regulations. Covid tests and masks are needed inside the building.
