Those final weeks meant everything to us and knowing that she was comfortable, supported and surrounded by such warmth gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time. We will always be grateful for the love and dedication shown to my mam. Thank you for making such a difference when it mattered the most.

My father moved in to Ashville at the very end of August 2025. He settled very quickly and was cared for in a professional manor. Dad was suffering with advanced Alzheimer's and life was difficult for him. All of the staff were patient, understanding and so respectful towards him. I cannot fault them in any way. Unfortunately dad is no longer with us but I know that during the final months of his life he could not have been looked after any better or made more comfortable than he was at Ashville. The staff were always wonderful with us as a family also. Nothing was ever too much trouble and were were always greeted with a smile and cup of tea when visiting. If Dad could have chosen a home himself I'm sure he'd have picked Ashville.

My mother was only in Ashville care home for 7 months, she was treated with care and respect and the staff were always extremely helpful. They were always friendly and go out of their way to care for mams needs. I was a regular visitor to this home 2/3 times per week and the staff work very hard and were always there when needed. My mother passed away in July at the home, the staff displayed great kindness and were very respectful ensuring my mother was as comfortable as possible whilst also being there for myself and family, for this we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I knew from my initial visit to Ashville that we had made the right choice for Mam. She has been a resident since March 2025. On the door it says welcome to our family and I must say there is lovely atmosphere and staff really do make you feel welcome. I am a frequent visitor to the home and I can honestly say that the carers work so hard. They show utter respect and compassion towards Mam and she trusts them implicitly. They are always polite and courteous and always ask the family if there is anything we need. This level of care is so reassuring when you cannot be there. The home is being constantly cleaned. The team keep the home spotlessly clean. The laundry team keep a constant supply of lovely clean clothes in mam's wardrobe. The bed linen is clean and is changed regularly. A maintenance man is on hand. The food looks nice and of good quality. The ladies always try to accommodate Mam's tastes and needs. GP visits regularly. Ashville is a well managed welcoming care home.

I have nothing but positive comments about the home, it was the correct choice for my mother.

My mother has been at Asheville care home for 4 plus years. All staff are incredibly attentive and caring from the Managerass to the ladies who clean the home which is spotless. My mother is very happy and content and that is all I can wish for, nice warm cossy surroundings excellent medical care. I don't have anything negative to say except thank you Asheville.

Home is run very well and is looking after my cousin.

He has lived in Ashville for two years now and I can find no fault or say I am unhappy with any of the services they provide. The medical staff are very helpful and so are the management.

Excellent interaction between care staff and residents. My mother is happy and we know when we are not there she is well cared for.

The manager is so friendly and always available for a chat if needed. I can honestly say that we have no worries about Dad because of the standard of care he is receiving.

The staff also have displayed great kindness to my father every time he visits. After a recent fall my mother had the staff show a lot of concern towards her and comforted her. They phoned for paramedics and my father immediately.
