We understand your concerns about your mother's relocation, especially given your close bond and daily visits. The decision was made with great care, in consultation with family and clinical professionals, and focused on her evolving needs and wellbeing. While we wish we could have continued caring for her, specialist support was necessary to ensure her safety and quality of life. We respectfully refute the claim that Woodview provided "disgusting" care. Our team consistently delivered compassionate, professional support, with clear documentation to reflect this. We empathize with the emotional toll of such changes, but misrepresenting our service undermines the dedication of our staff. We miss her presence-and yours-and hope she thrives in her new home. We send our warmest wishes for her continued comfort and happiness.
