Lovely clean environment friendly staff and a well managed home. The staff team are happy to help and communicate well.

Always find the staff to be helpful. Rooms clean and tidy overall in my opinion. It is a very good home.

Following a visit I was very impressed on how involved my Grandma was with the activities and how she was helped to interact. It was also good to hear that she had been out to the Legion Club to meet friends and play bingo. Really happy with the care provided at Redbrick House. 10/10. Thank you! :)

My mam has been a resident now for over 2 years and i have always been happy with her care at Crofton Court, the staff are fantastic, they are really caring, and attentive. I can honestly say i have no complaints only compliments to the whole team.

Excellent care both physically and mentally. Staff are well trained and well led. The residents always come first. Support staff, i.e., cleaners, etc., are also very friendly and caring. Manager and admin staff are excellent. Families always made welcome and well supported.

My mom has been in Red Brick for just over 1 year now. The staff are brilliant with her and so friendly to whoever visits. They take brilliant care of my mom and all her needs.

My mother recently moved from another care home. I was not comofrtable leaving her there to return to home to Australia. Now she is at Red Brick I am very comfortable that she is safe and well looked after. The staff are kind, considerate and caring.

Always friendly greeting at the door. Very clean and well-kept. Food always looks nice when I have been over meal times.

During a year of visiting a resident I feel settled knowing that they are well cared for and safe 24/7. Residents have dignity at all times and have care from the staff which is carried out in a lovely manner. Every member of staff I've spoken with has confirmed to me Red Brick is a safe and caring home.

My mum moved into Crofton Court for respite care initially and was very keen to get home. After only a few weeks, my mum has visibly improved and has now decided she wants to stay in the home. She feels very safe and well looked after and enjoys the company of all the staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My husband received good care during his stay. The staff were very kind and respectful.

I have no hesitation in recommending Crofton Court Residential Care Home. There is a welcoming atmosphere created by friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Mam and Dad have both been in this care home. Both had excellent care but in my opinion, my dad received the best care. He has recently passed away and I was so impressed by the staff, particularly in his last two weeks - his end-of-life care was exceptional. Staff were so attentive and caring.

Overall I have been pleasantly impressed by the care home. The staff are all lovely and very caring. My mam is generally happy here which I didn't think would be possible bearing in mind my mam's dementia.
