Mam and Dad have both been in this care home. Both had excellent care but in my opinion, my dad received the best care. He has recently passed away and I was so impressed by the staff, particularly in his last two weeks - his end-of-life care was exceptional. Staff were so attentive and caring.

Overall I have been pleasantly impressed by the care home. The staff are all lovely and very caring. My mam is generally happy here which I didn't think would be possible bearing in mind my mam's dementia.

What a wonderful experience our Mam had at Bridge View until her death on 10/3/26. We can't praise the care & LOVE she was shown on a daily basis from all members of staff; it was exemplary!! Mam had her favorite staff and her face would light up when they came into her room. Mam was a force to be reckoned
with but they cared and dealt with her with dignity and respect

I can't thank enough for the care and support Bridge View gave to my mam. She was treated as a family with loads of love & care. This home should be called a Love Home not ust a care home and I would like to say thankyou with all my heart.

Anne, my auntie, has been living at Red Brick since September. She has settled well, which is a huge relief. The staff are kind, there's always a warm atmosphere when I visit. Anne is very deaf so I hoped her whiteboard would be used through the day but often I arrived and have to ask for it to be found
- so I doubt Anne is being communicated with as much as she could.

Visited mother on mothering sunday and as always greeted with a warm welcome by care team members. Mother was in her room watching TV with a fresh cup of coffee. Care team acknowledged my arrival and made a point of entering room to make a fuss about mothers flowers. Mother was relaxed, comfortable
in what is always a warm clean and friendly environment. Made a point of speaking to senior carer before departing and find their manner of articulating mothers well-being reassuring. Confident mother is treated as an individual with dignity, respect in a caring and friendly environment.

My mother has been a resident of Crofton Court Residential Care Home for two years in April. The care and support she receives is excellent. She is treated with dignity by all the staff.
Since Scott the new manager arrived, I have definitely noticed a vast improvement in all aspects of the running
of the care home..
Lots of activities are now available for the residents, from coffee mornings, sing songs, making decorations to visits from entertainers.

All the staff are first class in providing an excellent care service for my father who has late stage dementia. I have always been impressed by their devotion and patience often in difficult situations to make him as comfortable as possible. Knowing how well he is being cared for has been very reassuring

My wife was admitted to Crofton Court in December 25 when I could no longer care for her at home because she was in the later stages of dementia. She had been in the care home previously for respite care and I was confident that they could meet her needs. I was not wrong because the care she received
in my opinion was excellent particularly when she was put on the end of life pathway. I was amazed at how the home staff worked with the local GP practice and the community nursing service to ensure that her dignity was maintained, and that she was pain free and comfortable at all times. Lastly the staff went out of there way to support me and my family both practically with refreshments and emotionally when my wife passed away.

I visit my wife regular in the home it certainly went down hill from her first going in became dirty and untidy in all respects, however I have noticed a vast improvement over the last few months since getting a new manager. The staff have always been very good pleasant kind helpful however there is
always the odd one that isn't. I think my only wish now is for painting decorating done on each room.

My mother was totoally against going into a home even though she suffers with dementia but after a stroke which took away her speech we were told by the consultant she would need 24/7 care. From the first visit I was very impressed by the staff who can not do enough for her and the way she has settled
and slowly regaining some words in her speech is down to how much time they have spent encouraging her. From being very apprehensive about putting her in a home I now recommend Crofton Court to everyone I talk to.

I was admitted in October, as soon as I came into the home it felt very friendly and looked nice and clean. My bedroom is a nice size for me. The staff are all very friendly. I felt at home straight away. Staff regularly pop into my room to see if I'm ok and enjoy our chats. Really happy here.

The home is always kept clean, the staff cannot do enough for my mother. They are always helpful she found it very easy to settle in and the rooms are bright and airy, overall the home as at a very satisfactory state and would recommend to others who would want the best for their family members.

Our experience of Crofton Court is excellent. My mam has settled in really well, she is happy and safe and that means everything to our family. The staff go over and above to make her feel we come and part of a family. We have the utmost respect and affection for them. Its lovely to see and hear all
