I wish to acknowledge the exceptional care, kindness and support of the staff at Wellburn House, across all departments. Everyone gave such thoughtful, affectionate and dedicated support to our parents over the years.
The care given to Dad when he was unwell and the compassion shown in his final days
was deeply appreciated. Dad could not have been in a more, caring, loving environment, which was a great comfort to his family at this difficult and emotional time. Thank you to everyone.

The home is just about perfect, I have had a lot to do with nursing homes as my wife has had nursing experience since 1966. We have found the care is brilliant all the staff look after me as well as my wife.They are all so friendly and happy, and nothing is too much for them The home is very clean and
the food is lovely, cant express how happy we are knowing my wife is well looked after and safe.

My mother has been a resident in Ayresome Court for over a year now. The care has been excellent. What makes it so special is the staff, from the manager, receptionist, catering staff, carers, nurses, cleaning staff and handyman. Everyone is caring, kind, patient and professional. They do a great job
with a smile and cheerfulness. They work so hard and I would like to give them a big thank you. My mother is cared for so well, treated with dignity, kept clean and nursed if unwell. I am delighted with the care my mother receives.

I should like to thank staff at Wellburn for helping to make my elderly father's 96th birthday special. The Activities Coordinator gave my father a card signed by residents and staff. Thanks especially to the chef who made a beautiful birthday cake for him and even peureed a slice so that he was able
to eat and enjoy it - wonderful.

Initially this was intended to be respite care but my wife deteriorated beyond my care capacity and remained a resident. The home has always been very accommodating and helpful, one minor niggle was dealt with promptly and could not be faulted.

Wellburn House was mums home for five years and the care she received was wonderful. All of the staff have been kind, caring, helpful, professional, supportive and cheerful. They knew her well and despite some challenging times, they enabled mum to live her best possible life while she was there. And

My stepfather has been in Ayresome Court Nursing Home for end-of-life care. He passed away at the beginning of December, he was treated with dignity and respect, the staff did not just do their job, they genuinely cared and took it personally as if it was their family. Thank you.

From the very moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. We were put at ease and told that my Mother-in-law would be well looked after. After 2 weeks we have been assured that she will be. A very nice and caring staff and a lovely place.

The staff have been absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, caring and compassionate. My mam was in safe and caring hands throughout her time in Wellburn House. I will always be extremely grateful to all the staff there for the way they looked after my mum and our family. We could not have wished for

Mum has been a resident of Wellburn for the past year. I have nothing but praise and respect for all the staff who have looked after Mum, they go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. There's always something going on to entertain the residents thanks to the great activities coordinator.
I have great peace of mind when I leave mum to go home as I know she is being very well looked after. Thank you all for your support.
