My husband Carl was referred to the intermediate care unit, part of Prince's Court, from hospital following brain surgery. The aim was to improve his mobility and balance, and regain his independance to safely return home. The physios were really good, being firm in getting him motivated and encouraging him with each achievement he made. All other staff were cheerful, kind and caring, always on hand when needed. The food was excellent, well-balanced, nutritious meals, and plenty of drinks to keep hydrated. Joining other residents for lunch meant he was able to socialise too.

all staff are helpful and friendly and caring. They go an extra mile To assure residents are happy. Princes Court has Turned out to be the best placement for my husband.

Even though I was reluctant to place my husband in a care home in the first place, the staff and management at St. Marks Care Home have made my decision a lot easier. They have helped him settle in so well and they look after him with kindness and respect. He is well looked after and his medical and care needs have been attended too in a very competent and well organised way so that I have no worries about him. I am now happy with our choice of care home.

Care home is very clean, the staff are amazing, food is excellent and staff look after residents with great care my father is being well looked after

First impression of home are reasonably positive. Very clean and staff have all be very helpful, One point of note, Dad was still in bed last Sunday @ 10.30am and had soiled himself I would have hoped he would have been up and out of bed by then. But totally appreciate accidents happen also.

My mum moved from another care home in Forest Hall and the difference between that home and St. Peters Court is already noticeable. St. Peters Court is streets ahead on so many factors and both my sister and myself are really pleased that mum has moved. Thank you all so much.

Having transferred my mother from another care home Forest Hall to St Peters Court Wallsend we have noticed a significant improvement in her demeanour. She is eating and drinking more and participating in events, and enjoying it. We are very pleased with the overall improvement in her every day life. She has settled in better than we could have imagined, mainly due to the staff and the entertainment provided.

Every single day I visit my mam I am greeted by all the very friendly and welcoming staff. My mam is very well looked after in Charlton Court by everyone there and she has been so happy since moving in. They really are amazing.

As soon as you walk in the door there is a lovely,friendly,homely atmosphere that makes you feel very welcome.All the staff speak to you and can't do enough for the residents.The home is always nice and clean.

Staff were helpful, kind, professional and treat residents with respect and dignity. Food was very good and lots of variety Entry + Exit system for visitors needs to be sorted as staff are often busy with residents. Perhaps a porch of some sort to protect visitors from the elements whilst they wait

Maria and her brilliant team have made the last 10 months of my Father-in-law's life comfortable and more bearable for all of us. Their support, dedication and the way they have cared for Dave has been nothing short of excellent. Coble House's staff showed genuine care, empathy and respect throughout his stay and we can not be more appreciative than we are. Thank you so very much from Kerry and Charlie.

Myself and family attended Charlton Care Home for a celebration for my mam's 90th birthday party we were all made very welcome by all the staff and they were very helpful in anyway possible we couldn't fault them in anyway and a big thankyou to Mandy for all your effort much appreciated

My Mam was in Charlton Court six years ago, unfortunately she passed away. When it was time for my Auntie to go I had no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to go. When Mam was in I made many friends in the Staff as well as other families. When I returned with my Auntie some off the Staff were still there and they were amazing with me. Every time I go in I am treat like a friend, nothing is a bother to them where my Auntie was concerned, if I asked for something for her they got it for me, if my aunt didn't fancy a particular meal they would entice her with something else. Unfortunately my Auntie has just passed away, but the love and compassion I was shown and my Auntie, was amazing I can't praise them enough., Charlton Court should be very proud of them all. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. X

Staff are very friendly. Mam is well looked after. The care home is clean and lovely enviroment.

Care staff appear to regard it as a vocation, rather than merely employment. Always attentive, regardless of circumstances, with a genuine bond being formed between staff and residents premises always spotlessly clean and well maintained - rooms furnished to good standard whole-heartedly recommend

The Standard of Care has been amazing at Coble House, the dedication of all the staff is unmeasurable across all departments and we truly thank them for all the help and support over the last 3 years, we appreciate everything they have done for Mum.

Princes Court have taken excellent care of my dad who had a diagnosis of parkinsons and dementia. They have been wonderful also in the last few months, at helping us as a family to navigate dad's decline in health. They helped both dad and us to experience a good death. It was such a comfort to know that when we were not with him he was in a caring and compassionate environment. Thank you to all the carers and management.
