We're pleased to learn that you found the care consistently good and that you appreciated the optional services such as haircuts, manicures, and chiropody. It's wonderful to know these contributed positively to your stay.We are, however, very sorry to learn about the challenges you experienced with the laundry service and the loss of some of your clothing. While we advise respite (short stay) residents to tag their clothing, this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and your concerns have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can review and improve our labelling and tracking procedures.Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your comments are invaluable in helping us improve the overall experience for all our residents.We hope you are now feeling better and recovering well from your recent illness, and we wish you continued good health.
